Stopped by on a Saturday with an issue related to my car door that I needed a quick, temporary fix as it wasn't closing completely. I went in asking for help and to see if a staff person would come outside to take a look. The Store Manager (I believe his name is Antonio) immediately came to help, took a look at the door lock mechanism, and working together we were able to promptly solve the issue. The extraordinary commitment to going above and beyond to professionally, efficiently, rapidly and kindly respond to customer needs continues to ensure my loyalty to this location, as I've also had great experiences with other staff in Kent as well. Keep up the great work! And thank you, again, for helping out in a pinch!”

Damn things seem to last forever I last replaced one on my 09 Harley I can’t even remember when and damn thing still works like a charm don’t know if you young boys remember back when they marketed their cells with Joe Gibbs racing but I sure do . The only company on my opinion with a trust worth nationwide distribution network . I buy two every year just in case !”
“My battery was dead. After jumping it, I drove to a nearby autoparts store. They had the battery I needed for my 2014 Chevy Cruze but said they could not install it because it was too complicated. So I went to Autozone on Main St. in Kent and purchased a battery. It was installed by a young man named Christopher B. It took him less than five minutes. He also reattached my engine splash guard that was hanging down. I really appreciated the prompt and friendly service Christopher provided. I was able to make it to work on time. Thanks again Christopher!”

“I had recently purchased a used car that looked great, had a clean carfax, Ford Gold certified..all the wonderful things that make you feel warm and fuzzy about the used car you purchased. Only to realize 2 weeks later that it had been in an accident and the body work was done poorly. Took it to Lintz. Just stopped by without an appointment. Danielle was so sweet...once she realized what was needed, Bradley assessed the car...showed me all the issues along with what would be a future issue if left unrepaired. He spent over 45 minutes with me going over the vehicle and writing up a very reasonable estimate to help me negotiate with the dealer. It was very helpful but I will still need some work done and I will be back to Lintz for any body work I need done. Excellent customer service.”
