“My car was stolen last month and totaled. My last dealership encouraged me to refinance my loan down the line but did not tell me this would remove any gap insurance. I was left with a very high debt & no car as a single parent. I called Alex after doing some research and just finding any options I could. Alex told me immediately that if I stacked my loan my car note would be insane and he did not recommend that as I was already in a bad positions so a few weeks go by and I worked with my personal bank to find my options. I got things worked out and was finally able to get a car after two weeks with no rental & A LOT of stress I headed down to where my original pre approval came from and the guy who gave me advice for free not to any gain to him! Alex had no idea I was even coming but as soon as I told him my name he knew who I was. He knew my circumstances and knew I needed a car. He got me at an even lower rate than my personal credit company gave me, let me test drive the car on my own. A warranty & gap insurance with a side not to not refinance the car(joking but seriously don't refinance your car lol) He was nice & helpful, even gave me his wifes realtor card for me if I need help selling my house. I can see after all the reviews why people come back to Alex and his team. They treat you like family when you get in that door. Thankful for my new 2022 jeep Cherokee L Limited, first time I've bought a car I wanted instead of needed and for the price I desperately needed! Big shout out to this company for simply being kind & having a good morality built within.”

Purchased a car June 6th . Nice really car : experience was great : the issue is I am almost 90 days in : payments paid on time . Temp tags expired August 5th here we are almost 30 days expired and never got the white title nor registration. I called but due to car salesman I dealt with has quit they have to go thru corporate. I need this took care of like NOW. I now live 2 1/2 hours away so I’m going to have to waste a trip if I have to come get yet another temp tag . Idk what the confusion is . I’ve done everything on my end . So if we can figure out the hold up that would be great . I don’t have extra money to throw around for tickets for riding with expired tags that isn’t my fault!!! I need answers like 30 days ago!!”

“I purchased a car here back in December of 2024 with the help of sales associate, Jason Matthews. Jason was extremely helpful and honest throughout the whole process. February of 2025, I started having some minor issues with the car stalling. I called the service department and was matched with Aston Gerber. Aston made this process so smooth and seamless. He would not release my car back to me until the technicians found something. When they could not, he insisted they take it to the Hyundai dealership to see if they found anything. He was very persistent and ensured they found and repaired the issues I was seeing before returning my car even if the issues weren’t visible. I appreciate him understanding and advocating for me and also not giving up when the problem didn’t immediately arise. I highly recommend working with this CarMaxx location and if I need a new car in the future, I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much Aston and Jason!”

After an unfortunate situation with another dealership, I brought my 2022 Atlas to Kings VW for repairs—and I truly cannot say enough good things about this team. My vehicle had been towed and left with standing water inside due to negligence elsewhere after it completely shut down both mechanically and electrically. What could have been an incredibly stressful and overwhelming experience was handled with absolute professionalism, kindness, and compassion by Kings VW.
From the start, Kings VW stepped in and saved the day. They provided me with a courtesy vehicle for the entire duration of the repairs, even though the process took some time. Jenn—an absolute angel—kept me informed every step of the way, checking in regularly and communicating even when there were no new updates. That level of care and transparency meant everything to me.

Reasonable pricing and friendly shop that beats dealership. I'd like a little more communication on expectations for completion, still I plan to come back.
