“Car Pro was a life saver in swiftly repairing our car after a delivery truck unexpectedly side swiped the frontside driver door 10 days ago. The collision nearly jeopardized our holiday road trip (which started yesterday) as other shops could not accommodate us until after new years. Fortunately, the manager Viktor assured us they could get the parts on time and the Car Pro team delivered! The car door looks good as new and we are currently on our vacation, happy as can be! Would use them again without a doubt!”

“I cannot possibly emphasize enough how wonderful my experience was. Someone without insurance hit me and damaged my bumper and headlight significantly. The insurance company improperly assessed the damage, came out to the body shop a second time, pushed back on everything including a 22 dollar hood emblem!Auchbach owners and staff worked patiently and tirelessly, communicating over and over again to a totally combative and incommunicative insurance agent (who after a MONTH of back and forth, did finally agree to all the fixes because the body shop was RIGHT).The shop communicated with me regularly, were totally transparent, and did a GREAT job on the car. But wait for it...when I picked it up, they had washed the whole car and cleaned, dusted, and shined up the interior as well. WHAT? Service like this simply doesn't exist anymore. SUCH a great group to work with. Totally recommend!!”

Have visited twice. Marty and Danny are so friendly and helpful. They made sure my first issue was taken care of and handled all the stuff with insurance. The result was great, fixing the driver side door panel from someone backing into it. The work was done quickly. The second visit got me in and out quickly in the same day. I was so amazed that they were able to get me taken care of that quickly. They are top notch. Take your vehicle here if you need body work! You will be glad you did.”

“This place is awsome and are all over town but you just don't realize it. It might be a door at the end of an old Kmart store. You just call the # and the part is at the location you need quickly. The customer service person will tell you where the parts pick up is..The cost is very affordable. I bought a new starter for a volvo for under $130. The parts are not cheap generic parts either. Alot of name brand parts. Highly recommend this place for cost effective parts.”

“A “CAT-Tastic” Crew!!! On this dreary day, I started my car and headed off to take care of a family member. Two hours later, as I was driving to the grocery store, I heard a noise under my car that resembled the sound of an animal in distress. When I arrived in the store's parking lot, the sound was piercing. I looked throughout my car to find where the noise was coming from and called various agencies for assistance, but none was available. Determined, I drove to McCombe Body Shop which was nearest to the grocery store and I spoke to a worker named Nathan who agreed to help me. A car detailer named Chris found and removed a kitten that had been stuck for at least 3 hours between a panel under my!! McCombe's Body Shop payment charge was a promise to find a home for the kitten. I was relieved of my stress and filled with “tears of joy!!!” It couldn't get any better than that!! Thank you for your compassion , help and teamwork!”

“It is often difficult to trust someone to work on your vehicle being unsure of the recommendations that they are making and really not understanding what they are talking about. Each time I have taken my vehicles here, I have paid less than I would have elsewhere, they take the time to explain what is wrong with my vehicle, and have recommended not making repairs suggested by other mechanics and dealership service departments. The first time I was introduced to them, I had taken my van to two different mechanics who recommended replacing my transmission and provided estimates ranging from $1,500 - $1,700. International World Mechanical replaced a chip for $90 and it lasted another 5 years without another problem. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else without at least consulting with them. -- You should too!”
