I had an issue getting a new debit card with customer support over the phone so I physically had to go into a location. The lady that helped was so sweet to not only me, but my two year old I had to bring along. I’ve always dreaded going into banks due to past experiences, but this time I was out within ten minutes and very pleased.

Walked in Saturday to update sig card, was told that walk in list is full, will not be able to help, what??? Manager r u aware of this? Or who came up with this idiotic idea to create a walk in list? Not sure if creator of this really understands a concept of walk in, such a joke and shame that bank of this size allowing to practice such nonsense.

I was trying to deposit money for my rent. And a banking assistant, Jacob was such a good help to me, and was patient with me. There was even a worker named Isiah that held the door for me. I don't know why everyone else doesn't like this place but to me it's the best chase I've been too

I have been a Chase Customer for 10 years I went to this location to notarize few documents on Jun 23 2023 with the prior appointment. The guy the front desk was not willing to help and said " Chase do not notarize ID documents" which was not true as I called customer care. I had everything original with me. Chase has a reputation please do not harm saying anything to the lotal customer that you are not sure and is not true.

Never got help on phone for general service or appointment availibility. Always someone or conviniently the person I need is on vacation or not available. Also some staff are staight up rude.

I don't know all the other issues for everyone else...but I use this bank every single day but Sunday and, to be honest it's the highlight of my day. One single time ONE, I had an issue it was my fault and they expeditiously and compassionately fixed it.

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. If you plan on banking with chase, they do not work together along side other banking companies, meaning if you wish to transfer a large sum of money into a third party savings account chase will take it upon themselves to lock your account, then after you visit the location in person, not once or twice but three times to give them your proof of ID and social in person they'll continue to lock your account. My account has been locked since May 2021 although there are zero restrictions on my debit card as far as I can see I am able to use it anywhere for anything. But I am locked out of viewing my account and seeing how much I have or what I am spending on. 0/10 will be switching banks and no more money will be contributed to this bank account.

Horrible Kimberly lied and said my debit card would be here my Wednesday and she told me not to do pay for expedited shipping for my debit card because it would come around the same time which was a like it’s been a week and I still don’t have my debit NEXT TIME CHASE IF YOUR EMPLOYEES AREN’T SURE ABOUT SOMETHING THEY NEED PARTNER UP WITH SOMEONE THAT DOES I’M SO UPSET AND ANOTHER THING YOU GUYS NEED TO GET TEMPORARY CARDS INSTEAD OF US WAITING THIS LONG IF I COULD GOVE YOU GUYS A ZERO STAR I TRULY WOULD

I went in to get my account number for my new credit card and I got a post it note with a customer service number to call. I called the number and it’s asking me for my account number before speaking to anyone which I DONT KNOW, that’s why I went in with two forms of ID and got told to call a service line I can’t use. Unprofessional.

All the cashiers of this branch are so rude and bad customer service they don’t know what’s going on in their office even I been there for notary 2 days one cashier told me after 30 minutes the other , other cashier she said 1 hour there service is so horrible don’t do any business with this branch

This location is by far nicer than other branches in the area and the people are wonderful!! From the manager, all the way down to the tellers, I have never seen anything at another location that lives up to how kind and accommodating they are.I even saw the manager helping someone who was locked out of his car.
