I used to love Dollar Tree and visited once a week for great deals and a pleasant shopping experience. However, my recent visits have been quite the opposite. There's an older black lady with an accent working there who is consistently rude and unfriendly. Her attitude makes the environment uncomfortable and hostile, detracting from the experience I used to enjoy.
The store should focus on training their employees in customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. If improvements aren't made, implementing self-checkout stations might be a better alternative to avoid these unpleasant interactions. It's disappointing to see such a change in a place I once enjoyed so much.

The manager I spoke with was kinda snippy when he told me they will not order any more Americana merch. Huh?? Does he know where he's located.???? It's American , AMERICAN ,merch honey, GOD BLESS AMERICA BABY.! I WONT BE BACK...

This dollar tree is busy, always. They crank out the merchandise constantly. Sometimes the boxes pile up & it’s hard to get around, but the manager is awesome and you can tell he is working hard to get the store in order. Honestly they probably just need a bigger store. I also love one of the cashiers, I think her name is Lola. She’s the best, always friendly and down to earth.

So this is the dollar tree i always go to get groceries, they always have everything in stock and the staff are very friendly and kind particularly the female cashier who she helped me to find the item that im looking for. I been shopping here for the past 5 years and always had a great shopping experience. Overall its the best dollar tree i been to in Ohio. 10/10 I would recommend this place.

There's an older lady who works the register who never says hi, never tells you how much is on the screen and never says goodbye. Looks like a robot who's just miserable in her job.Very very unprofessional and pathetic.

The employee fussed at me because I mentioned to someone that she was on her cell phone while waiting on customers. She started talking back to me when I was not talking to her. I Sked for her manager and she started getting loud with me telling me that she was 18 years old. They must be hiring anyone to work. The manager came out and never apologized for her employee's poor behavior.

I really like all of the items that are available. When I was there this time had to wait in check out line 17 minutes because there was only 1 cashier.
