About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car offers many airport and local locations, including one on Tussing Rd in Reynoldsburg. Reviews highlight both positive service experiences and some pricing concerns. Customers report great, amazing, and super helpful service from the staff at the Reynoldsburg location, noting their professionalism, willingness to help, and determination to meet customer needs. The team is communicative and accommodating, even helping with rental extensions. However, some customers express frustration with prices, noting daily rates can increase unexpectedly, which is difficult for long-term renters. There is also a mention that renting at an airport location can involve lots of additional costs compared to an off-airport rental. Despite these issues, many customers report delightful and satisfying customer service and state they will definitely return and recommend this specific Enterprise location.

Staff is always great, has never left us down on a rental yet, and it seems we have used em once every two to three months lately, for one reason or another, with that being said, it always seems to be short staffed, there is always a wait, even with an appointment, bill even so, they always come thru and are very reliable…

The Reynoldsburg location made renting a car easy and seamless. Everyone that I interact with there was very nice and professional. Some of the best customer service that I have recently in a long time.
