I am extremely satisfied with my recent experience with this location and the professionalism and kindness that was demonstrated by Jeremy. He went above and beyond to ensure I received a fair resolution to the issue I was experiencing. I will absolutely refer friends and family to him in the future for all if their rental needs!

"Manager" is dumb as a stump and has an attitude , low IQ useless excuse for people work here. PARK YOUR CAR AT YOUR OWN RISK! IF SOMOENONE BREAKS INTO YOUR CAR, ENTERPRISE SAYS IT'S YOUR FAULT FOR PARKING THERE AFTER THE EPLOYEES GUARANTEE THE SAFETY OF YOUR VEHICLE!

Friendly staff easy pick up and drop off. They sent a vehicle to pick me up from the bodyshop. And when I collected my car I was able to drop off the rental at the bodyshop and enterprise came and picked it up the next day. Smooth as can be.

I am writing this review to reiterate what I told Jillian S , the manager, when I returned the car I had rented. I was very pleased and satisfied with your services from beginning to end. The rental process went very smoothly and was quick. Jeremy Hart did a great job of it and was very helpful. Jillian made sure everything was OK and answered all my questions. Thanks for such good experience and for sure I will use your services in the future.

Extremely unreliable. I made a reservation on their site. This location calls and let me know last minute that they don’t have a car available. This is the second time they didn’t have a car available after reservations were made through Enterprise. Poorly managed

This place is a complete mess with a group of inexperienced individuals representing the enterprise. I'm a regular customer of the enterprise for my travel needs, and I'm currently a Gold-tier member. Last Friday, I made a reservation for an SUV at this particular location. They initially provided an SUV, but due to an issue, I had to exchange it. Instead of accommodating my initial booking, they insisted on giving me a Toyota Corolla. Where is my refund for not receiving the car I reserved in the first place (the first problem)?I had no other option but to accept that vehicle. The next day, I was at Harrisburg International Airport, and I exchanged the car for an SUV. When I returned the vehicle to this location today, Jill came to inspect it. She falsely claimed that there was external paint applied to a small spot on the bumper. The paint appeared quite old, and if she can make such a claim, she should also be able to determine if it's fresh paint. She initiated a claim in my name, alleging that there was paint applied all over the bumper. Moreover, she began this claim without my consent, merely affixing her own signature (the second issue).I contacted Enterprise's damage claim department, and the representative disputed the case, stating that the picture did not support the claim of paint all over the bumper. The representative from the damage department mentioned that the picture did not align with the claim made. Additionally, when I reviewed the statement from Enterprise, I noticed I was charged for an extra day because I was seven minutes late (just to clarify, I was delayed because I was waiting behind another customer). This marks the third issue. I also observed that they charged me for refueling, even though I had filled the rental vehicle's tank just five minutes away from their location (the fourth issue).This location is extremely unprofessional, unsanitary, discourteous, and discriminatory. This is entirely unacceptable to me. They wasted my time and falsely accused me of wrongdoing, filing claims and charges under my name. If the regional manager happens to come across this message, I'm more than willing to provide all the evidence supporting my claims above. Please resolve this matter. I've already contacted corporate, and they've informed me that they've sent you an email to address this case. I hope I won't have to deal with such issues in the future, and I will never return to this location.

My parents, who don’t speak very great English as it’s not their first language, came in yesterday to get a rental car. My mom however can understand and communicate in English very well. They said they met with a Jeremy who helped them but was also not explaining it well to my parents their options. My mom said that she did not want the optional liability coverage but was forced to accept and pay for the insurance. Jeremy told them they did not have choice but to get the optional liability coverage.As they came home, they asked me if I could contact Enterprise about the optional liability coverage and if there is a way I could remove this coverage as we have not been forced to pay for this optional fee ever. I called Enterprise and talked to Jill. I asked about why my mom was charged for this optional liability coverage and Jill insisted that Jeremy did not make her get the optional coverage, but gave her a choice. My mom is sure that Jeremy did not give her a choice, and said that she had to choose between the optional coverages before she left. I asked Jill if my mom could get this coverage removed and Jill said yes and said that the rental car would need to be inspected. I asked to confirm with Jill why the car would need to be inspected and what else my mom would need to do to remove this coverage, and instead of just me an answer, she just laughed at me. “Well she could get into an accident or I don’t know” . I understand that Jill may have been trying to make a light hearted situation but all I asked was why the rental car needed to be inspected. I also work in customer service and I don’t believe that someone should laugh at a customer while on the phone with them for asking a simple question, even if that question may seem redundant. All I needed was just confirmation on what the next step was.My mom went to Enterprise again later in the day to get the rental car inspected and to remove the optional liability coverage. She said that when she walked in, Jeremy and Jill both laughed at her, and said “I told you” while she was receiving help from another gentleman at this Enterprise.While I understand one may not take their job seriously or want to fully assist their customers to ensure they have a great experience, I don’t think it should have been this complicated to receive a rental car. I also don’t understand how one can continue to make my parents and I feel stupid for simply asking questions to better understand the situation so that everyone is on the same page. I hope that both Jeremy and Jill will review their methods and try to be better about helping their customers.

I usually give 5 stars when it comes to Enterprise, but this particular store, on Tussing in Reynoldsburg, is a joke!!! I had to switch cars because they gave me a Toyota Tacoma and it was HORRIBLE!!! From the gas mileage to the horrible suspension and brakes... I requested a Standard SUV, ended up with an intermediate SUV, that wasn't much better!!! Every lil bump, it jumped from one lane to the next... I was informed it would cost $2 more per day, which was not an issue, but when I got the paper work, it showed the same price as the Tacoma... I returned the Rogue, and get a $33 charge on my credit card .. I had the car for 4 days, and 2x4 has never equaled $33!!! I was able to get my money back, after going back and forth with Jill... Like, don't tell me anything different from the information you gave me.. I would not recommend this particular store to anyone.... Too much back and forth...
