“This post office gets such a bad rap in the reviews. It's a tiny location and has just one, super dedicated worker. I ship my merchandise from here multiple times a week as haven't ever had an issue. I apologized one day because my printed paper label has spread the barcode apart and the nice man Rob had to type all the tracking numbers in manually. He said don't worry about it, its not a big deal. And by the way, have he's allowed to take lunch - and the hours that he does are posted on Google and the front window. It's so much faster than the bigger one further down State Street. Just plan accordingly and it's always fine!”

“Thank you for Lindsey and this post office! After UPS delayed a package and turned it over to USPS, my package wasn’t going to be delivered on time to a little girl for her birthday. Devastated, I called this post office to see what could be done and Lindsey was SO incredibly kind. She personally went to look for the package and once she found it, she called the receiver to pick up. She didn’t have to go out of the way to do this especially during the busiest time of year but she did. I’m so grateful for her. She truly is someone making a difference and the epitome of what customer service should be.”

“Last week, I was sending a package consisting of several letters (wrong address) to a client. The clerk repackaged it for me explaining that it would be less expensive and with the same delivery time. He didn't have to do that and I appreciate him for it since I really didn't have much money at the time.I always appreciate the service I get at this office. There is one a little closer to me in Canal Winchester, but I like the service at the Pickerington post office better. I have been going just a few minutes out of my way for the past 2 years to send my Etsy orders through this post office because the packages always ship quickly giving me consistent 4 and 5 star reviews. The only problem I have ever had these two years was the first and only time I used the self service machine. So, I just don't use it. Everyone at the front desk has always been friendly, helpful and efficient which is why I only use this post office. If any of the workers can see this review, thanks so much!”

“I've been going to this post office for about ten years and the Caucasian man has been working there since I started going he is wonderful and prompt. It's hardly ever a line and if it is the wait is never long. Well except during shift change and that's understandable. Idk why this location has two stars because it definitely deserves five stars. The service is wonderful the newer workers are polite and I really like the service. Their hard working and from the outside looking in they know how to seperate home problems from work and that's how it should be. I give five stars because I believe this location sets the tone of how ALL post offices should operate. Keep being great. God Bless You All.”

“I needed some stamps for my wedding invitations. Carmen was super helpful explaining that it was a good idea to get them weighed so I knew it had the right postage on them, and showed me the different stamp options that would look nice for invitations. When I came back with the invitations, Brenda was so nice. She explained how much postage it needed & even asked how many I had so we could get the right number of stamps. I don't usually have a lot of mail to send so I really appreciated everyone's patience with my questions. These guys really made my day.”

“I had my passport done by Sherry it was the absolute best experience ever!!! I witnessed patron s not prepared at all then become upset at the employee. I had to leave to retrieve a new birth certificate and come back the next day. I did not get upset with Sherry I did as instructed on the passport form. I came back the next day and Sherry took the time to squeeze me in at the end of her passports!!! Wow I was so grateful it could have ruined my trip. All I have to say is come for passport appointment prepared read the directions. And don’t blame someone else when you don’t read directions and are not prepared!!! Thank u again Sherry!!!”

“I've always had really good customer service and experiences at this post office.It's small but convenient and close to my house, and usually I find little to no line at all, and if I have to wait, it is five minutes or less because there are only two clerks.Of course that changes around Christmas time and you have to wait in line at EVERY post office at Christmas so I go in expecting, a line as anyone would.However, I have found these two postal employees are quite efficient and help their customers to move the line as quickly as they can.I like this Post Office. ??”

“good service both times i was there but you got to know how to pack the boxes before you get in line. they really don't tell you what to do, but it was easy once you know what to do. ups packs everything for you but usps you have to pack and prepare it yourself, which you have to know how to do that.”
