“This is the Fed Ex store I frequent due to the company getting a building in New Albany. I use to dread coming in. We have a corporate account and somehow I would always get this lady, let's just call her Karen and she would always give me a hard time. I would bring the items in to have her box it up she said oh I can't do that, mind you I work in the IT dept for a bank so I would ONLY have monitors and laptops to ship, nothing crazy. I would say isnt this a pack and ship. She would ask to see my ID for me to use the business account ???. I explained I never had to do this at any other Fed Ex store. She would ask me questions to verify the account or sometime she would say oh I cant find the account in our system. So I literally stopped coming. She was THE WORST. So I had to send a package out early and I couldn't make it to the City Gate so I sucked it up and came into the store. To my surprise she wasn't there and I got Malik he was a breathe of fresh air. I had three things to ship to three seperate locations, no problem Malik took care of it. Boxed up all the items, packed it himself and took my business account and I didn't have to show ID. He was super professional and assisted me like it was his job unlike .......Karen......I might come back in there if I know he is there. Plus we was jamming to that new Meek Mill on his little radio. A+ service.”
