Make an appointment. Otherwise, long waiting times.

Waited over an hour to just drop equipment off. 4 workers in the store and nothing seems quick. Customer leaves 10-15 min wait before they call next one. Shouldn't take this long and in a customer service role there needs to be some sense of urgency.
