“Brian Smith from Kenda went above and beyond. I had bought a bike that has the Regolith Pro TR tires and they have some wobble to them, I reached to Kenda and Brian emailed me right away. He asked for video and after seeing it the next day repsonded they would send me new tires under warranty. Great company and great tire for XC/trail riding.”

“Hamza or (Khamzat) sorry if I misspelled the name, helped me out in a bind. My truck had a flat tire and I had an 8 hour drive back home to NYC. The guy picked up the phone, was very responsive and polite and all said and done, replaced the 2 front tires (to match) within an hour after my phone call, right on the parking lot of the truck stop I was at, and the pricing was super reasonable for the service call to come out and put the tires on along with the 2 tires he provided. Inexpensive, friendly, responsive and promp.”

“The guys at the Canal Winchester Walmart auto center were very nice and helpful. Much better service than the Reynoldsburg Walmart Auto Center. I was having 2 tires put on my car, on the front, and I think they did a good job. It didn’t take very long either, only about 30 minutes or so. We just walked around Walmart until they were done. Originally I was planning on having my tires put on at the Reynoldsburg location but when I tried to schedule my appointment, the guy tried to tell me that they were all booked up until next year. This was around Thanksgiving weekend and I bought the tires during Black Friday sale.”
