When I spoke with Jimmy by phone before the visit to confirm shop hours and availability, he was very pleasant and professional, and the excellent customer service did not end there! He greeted me when I walked into the lobby and even remembered our phone call from this morning. There was no wait. The service was fast, convenient, and cost-effective. Also, Jimmy was very friendly. He smiled often and made direct eye contact. Plus, he spoke in a very clear and concise manner as he explained my service options. After hearing about my recent experiences at another nearby location, Jimmy welcomed me back to his shop anytime for routine service. I walked away feeling like a valued customer. I would definitely recommend this location to others!!!”

“Our church owns a large box truck and we noticed that one of the rear tires had gone flat since it's been parked during the current pandemic. One call to Bob Sumerel Tire Co. and we were good to go within about an hour. The technician arrived promptly and was friendly and courteous. He was able to troubleshoot and repair the issue quickly. He also took the time to explain the issue and it's repair with me. Next time we have any tire issue, I'll call Bob Sumerel Tire without hesitation. Thanks for the great first experience!”

“The guys at the Canal Winchester Walmart auto center were very nice and helpful. Much better service than the Reynoldsburg Walmart Auto Center. I was having 2 tires put on my car, on the front, and I think they did a good job. It didn’t take very long either, only about 30 minutes or so. We just walked around Walmart until they were done. Originally I was planning on having my tires put on at the Reynoldsburg location but when I tried to schedule my appointment, the guy tried to tell me that they were all booked up until next year. This was around Thanksgiving weekend and I bought the tires during Black Friday sale.”
