Lots of space and so many fun activities! THEY OPEN AT 4PM-not noon, despite website listing otherwise! Buying their socks is required so plan ahead!”

The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the event. The layout of the space was perfect for both socializing and enjoying the activities, and everything felt well organized and thoughtfully planned. You can tell they really care about creating a great experience for their guests. I would definitely recommend this event space to anyone looking to host or attend a special event. “We had the pleasure of renting a cabin a little over two years ago. The cabin was perfect, Exactly what we expected. When we checked in we was greeted by the utmost friendliness staff. The cabin was clean and stocked with things that could have been forgotten during a quick pack. Our trip was not planned but last minute. The fisherfamilyretreat was able to accommodate us. I was informed a few days ago that it has stopped renting out cabins. Sad to say this was definitely a hidden gem for those that enjoy nature.”

“I was a bit surprised by the cucumber & lime water offered in the lobby, as it had sugar added. The idea of infused water is to keep it refreshing, not sweet. If guests want something sugary, soda is already available. I expected a different standard, especially from an international hotel chain. It’s also important to note that this hotel does not include a buffet breakfast, which may be disappointing for some travelers. That said, the room itself is decent, and overall the stay was fine.”

“This was base camp for Sonic Temple 2026 in Columbus. We were lucky to receive a free room upgrade which offered plenty of space for two people! (We each had our own hotel room with a common area 😁). Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's a basketball court and nice outside seating area. My only slight criticism is the building is showing it's age, so some cosmetic maintenance would help it shine even more! We would stay here again!”
