I checked in at 1:45 and have sat here for an hour. Total of 3 employees which is absolutely ridiculous considering the time of day and the season… come on Verizon u can do better than this

I was at this store on Saturday 11/4 with my 11 year old getting her very 1st phone for Christmas. I was paired with Deandre who had no smile, no conversation, just one of those "I have to be here" kind of attitudes. I told him I wanted to add a line and my daughter wanted the pink iPhone 13 for Christmas. He went and got the phone from the back and then we sat down and I asked what kind of deals I could get. He said the phone is free and the monthly bill for her line would be $30 per month on the unlimited welcome plan or something like that. I said yes, let's do it. I paid for the taxes on the free phone ($45) and was handed the phone in a Verizon bag with my receipt tucked in the bottom of the bag. I walked out of the store thinking I got a great deal and was expecting my next bill to be around $30 higher. Today, 11/6, I got a text message about my upcoming bill and it had gone up a whopping $90 more per month!! Upon researching my bill, it turns out Deandre decided he was going to add a $10 per month Disney Plan, a $17 per month protection plan, and the monthly bill he said would be $30 was actually $45 per month!!! I AM DISGUSTED! I was never asked, offered, or told about these extra monthly items! This guy should be fired, and something tells me that this is probably not the first or the last time he has or will pull something like this. So BEWARE!! I called customer service and spent an hour on the phone undoing what he decided we needed. He was probably trying up his commission or something. You should be ashamed taking advantage of a single mother and her daughter like that Deandre! If you are reading this - DO NOT LEAVE THAT STORE WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR RECEIPT!! You cannot trust the words out anyone's mouth these days!

The agents helped me with an android that was replaced the technician on the phone spoke English but I didn't understand her directions ??♀️. However, l had to go to the Verizon store - The technicians they were the best l was there for approximately 2 1/2 hours, (because the tech. did not speak clearly, again l was puzzling ? so l could not understand her dialect making misbut pleased l was with what they did for me!

I didn't even know they were in this parking lot because they are pretty much hidden. You can see them better from the main road. They are usually extremely busy and the staff is extremely stuck up and not helpful. This is a corporate store so that explains why. Verizon does not cater to the elderly meaning no plans that someone on a budget can afford and no discounts for them. The coverage area sucks so bad that I switched back to AT&T after one week.

I really don't get why they even keep this store open. They require an appointment to do ANYTHING, and the QR code you have to scan to check-in doesn't even take you right to the check-in page. Instead, their system tries to talk you into using their automated support chat instead of bothering them at the store.

I would like to share my positive experience with Jade Williams, a customer service representative at Verizon Wireless. I had several issues and questions regarding my phone plan, billing, and device upgrade. Jade was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions clearly and resolved all my issues quickly. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and happy with Verizon Wireless. I appreciate her professionalism and dedication. She is a great asset to the company and deserves recognition for her excellent work. Thank you, Jade!

I went to this Verizon for two different things and there customer service is HORRIBLE from the time I stepped in the door. Staff needs proper training on how to deal and talk with customers. I told the one lady I know you are all frustrated but we’ve been getting the run around and she was snarky and so was another lady . I am very disappointed in the service and understand working in customer service has it challenges but professionalism shall always remain.

Last two times. I've been to this location. Employees rude and not very helpful. It's as though none of them actually want to be there. If management can't inspire it's staff better than this better off not having a storefront.I won't be going back to this location. :/

I came in today in desperate need of a phone because old phone refused to take a chargeNico was so helpful in getting me a new phone I am a thankful and satisfied customer. I will always return to this store because they truly care. Great sports talk as well.

My phone would not connect to mobile network. Nico helped me connect back to Verizon. Showed me how to fix Incase this were to happen again. I always come to this store because they are willing to help. Do not hesitate to come here!!!

Racist store , and they do it on purpose lock your account when you try to get a new phone. I had an application number already wanted to complete she gave me a new one and blocked my account . This store should br closed and they should be ashamed of theirselves. Liers and bullshiters

Super helpful staff. Everyone is so friendly and makes things so easy. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!
