Alley also took the time to explain how to properly wash and dry to upkeep quality of clothing pieces purchased. Alley is an example of what WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE should be like! “I recently messed up an order for my son’s baseball team uniform. The online shop that we bought from wasn’t willing to assist in a one person re-order for us. In a panic (and with their first game a week away) I called in to Starstrukt.Three things stood out to me:1. Deane and her son were some of the nicest business owners I’ve met. Passionate about what they do and engaging to talk to.2. They not only were able to customize a 3 color jersey logo, but they got it done so fast! Deane worked off of a blurry phone pic I sent her and duplicated exactly what was needed for the Jersey. Thank you!3. I ended up buying a custom sweatshirt in the shop at checkout unrelated to the baseball jersey. The one of a kind design and style Starstrukt has is fantastic.
