“Highly recommend this great boutique. The owner was extremely kind, helpful, and patient as both my husband and I went back and forth (many times) between different outfits for a friend’s upcoming wedding. She helped to pick out the outfits (we had no idea where to start) as well as matching accessories. I appreciated that we were not rushed or pressured to buy any specific items. Prices were very reasonable. It was so nice to try items on in-person instead of ordering something online from a giant corporation, especially because we weren’t sure of our sizes.”

“Pricey, but great quality fabrics and lots of stylish pieces. Andy and Jordan were awesome to chat with while I looked through the store. I love that all the clothing can be worn androgynously, as a bit of a tomboy. The fit of their trousers was flattering, though I might need a size 16 which they didn't have since a 14 is a tad tight around my waist. Love their outerwear pieces in particular.”

“They have something for all ages and all sizes at great prices. Most of the items are returns so best to check for buttons and zippers etc. And, the stock is always changing. Sometimes I find like 10 things, other times 1 or 2. They also have name brands at a fraction of the cost. I got $70 jeans for $15!! Lots of lingerie, shoes, purses etc too.”

“First time visiting this location. Many Beautiful clothing for men and women. Very affordable. Nice looking shoes and purses. Some of the women’s clothing looked like something I normally would not see at a K&G, but I guess the buyer for the store thought it looked nice. Plenty of selection for plus size men and women.
Excellent customer service; but I do not think that it is professional to have a cashier having personal phone conversations, speaking loudly enough for customers to hear, especially using foul language. Other than that, this is a nice store.”
“One of the best women’s clothing boutiques in Columbus. Really great curation. This location in particular is their biggest store with a something for everyone.
Definitely very pricey, but that’s typical across most clothing boutiques. But they also have a sale section at this location.”

“I had a emergency to have my wedding gown fixed after another seamstress ruined my gown. I was so surprised at how lovely my wedding gown looked when she was done. My mother was in tears when she saw me in it. I would highly recommend her to everyone I know and meet.”

“long story short, prom dress didn’t come in time and i frantically searched multiple boutiques before coming to rowe and i was greeted my sarah and morgan who were above and beyond in making me feel welcome and assured. the gave me exactly what i was looking for while also encouraging me to try on other dresses that were gorgeous. the boutique is full of luxery and quality items and the service is top notch. shout out to the owner marren as well !!!! will definitely be back !!”

“Always a hassle-free experience. The manager is great (I forget her name but she’s something like 60 years old but looks 40). I never leave myself enough time to properly look around the store when I do go but I’m guessing that ultimately saves me a lot of money!”
“You will pay premium prices(a little high in my opinion) but having said that—I am SO happy with the repair I had done on my fur. I had a piece that was knitted from mink fur that I use to walk my dogs for years. It was unraveling and looking very meh. It was 75 dollars for the repair and there probably 3-4 snags/areas I needed fixed. It looks fantastic! I am absolutely thrilled. When I picked the fur up I was happy to see they were very customer satisfaction oriented . She was clear about if you find a spot that we missed. She explained that they used a mannequin and looked from many angles but if I wasn’t happy, simply let them know and they would fix it so that I was. Friendly customer service is so hard to come by these days. Though, I felt the bill was a little high if it stands the test of time it will be money well spent. Recommend if you have fur that needs repaired. Thanks Fur Vault for helping me keep my pieces looking well and useable!”

“Was just in for a suit fitting for my upcoming wedding. Our group had the absolute best time shopping for the event with the team here. Stephen, Tori, and Calvin did an amazing job making it feel like a special event for us. They provided a very thorough and complete experience and we managed to cram measurements and customizations into a short time yet never felt rushed. A special thanks for making the absolute day of my son during his fitting. He is super excited to have a suit that fits for the wedding and beyond and the attention and care of making that happen for him really hit home with me (pictures once the suits come in)”
