Being here is always fun. Room cleaning was not the best due to weather (winter storm fern)

Took my son for a family getaway. Pool attendant was new but, asked me every hr did I have a wristband on. Heat in room went out three times. It was 3 degrees outside. Used side door entrance, key card declined 4 times ( 3 degree weather ).

Shawn was very helpful. He told me about the hotel being built in 1965, and the pool being redone recently (late 2024-early 2025) and was very friendly, even acknowledging my children, wishing my daughter a happy birthday.
