“This was my first time traveling internationally from Thailand to Cleveland — nearly a 30-hour journey! Freedom2Go truly made my arrival so convenient. Although the reservation wasn’t confirmed instantly, their response was prompt and informative. As soon as I landed at 5:30 AM at Cleveland Airport, the driver was already waiting with a name tag, and the ride was smooth and pleasant. The vehicle was spotless and free of any unpleasant odors.

“Short-term rental while my car was in the shop. Very tidy, & the staff was very attentive. Would have been a five star rating, but the first location didn't have a vehicle for us & didn't tell us until we were there. We had to go to another location about ten minutes away. Not the end of the world, & the staff at both locations were helpful & nice, but there was that inconvenience.”

“We have had great experiences with Guardian. Paul, the owner, always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. We rent cars regularly and used to go to one of the big chains, but Guardian is so much nicer--all the paperwork is done ahead of time so the pickup is super quick and Paul is always available to take care of his customers, which is so so nice. Night and day difference from the big chains!”

Excalibur kept me informed every step of the way, and completed the repairs in the amount of time communicated. After talking to a pharmacy manager, I was told this pharmacy technician is not employed at THIS GE. She is a floater. I was told the only time a prescription can be withheld is if a incorrect DOB is given. That was not the case. I hope she was FIRED!
My son went to pick up my BP script for me at the drive thru right before closing this evening and HE DID NOT COME HOME WITH MY SCRIPT!! They were withheld from him and I am out of my medication!!!! I NEED THEM!! SERIOUSLY???
He provided my name and DOB REPEATEDLY as she held the bag and taunted him. The pharmacy tech was wearing a mask and kept asking for name and DOB and said I was not in the system. Really??? I go there ALL THE TIME!
Time to hire competent staff or your 1 star rating will continue to increase!! Ugh!!!
