I asked how much and I was shocked to see how great of pricing they had on new tires. I was thinking I would get that price for used! Asked if I could come in right then and there, and they said that they could slip me in. I got there and 20 minutes later I had my new tires installed and balanced! Great service, and efficiency! Never going anywhere else for tires!”

Finding a new place to tow the vehicle, printing out info about my car along with sharing recent issues they have heard about my make amd model. All without charging! My Glk was loud in a bad way! My exhaust pipe “lost a clip” at Conrad’s and they were going to charge me $1800 for a new pipe system after holding my car for 2 days. Who’s got that kinda money?!? It was embarrassingly loud so perhaps they thought I’d return.
Found Lake Auto. He assessed it took my car in and fixed it within 30 minutes. For less than $300!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!
He showed us the problem and service was quick. Highly recommend. Going back for other services.”

“I've had two cars repaired at Caliber Collision in the last few years. Both were the results of accidents that I didn't cause so I was sent to Caliber Collision by the other party's insurance agent. Both repairs were done within the original time frame given and you wouldn't be able to tell there was ever damage done to my cars. Everyone at Caliber Collision was very professional to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needed work done to their cars.”
“My family has been using Rohaley’s for over 25 years. My brother sent me to Al because he felt I was wasting money taking my car to the dealer for oil changes. I took my car and Al came back into the shop and asked if I knew how to check my oil level. I told him “No” . He then showed me that I had 60% oil. The dealer had been changing new oil! Al told me to go away and come back when my oil level hit 20%. I have been going to Al now for 9 years and Al has maintained my car for all those years. I moved to the West Side of Cleveland and I happily drive across town knowing I can trust Al and the team at Rohaley’s!!!”

“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

“Firstly, Google got the hours wrong, it didn't open until 9am. The first mechanic in spoke almost no English. He diagnosed the issue in almost no time. The car had been overheating and losing fluid. A bad water pump. Yuck. The mechanic quoted me $500. In and out. I left the car and it was ready in around two hours. It drove like a dream when I picked it up and it's still behaving. I appreciated the no nonsense approach and the no frills upfront pricing. I will use Moe's again and again. And so should you.”
