“My family has been using Rohaley’s for over 25 years. My brother sent me to Al because he felt I was wasting money taking my car to the dealer for oil changes. I took my car and Al came back into the shop and asked if I knew how to check my oil level. I told him “No” . He then showed me that I had 60% oil. The dealer had been changing new oil! Al told me to go away and come back when my oil level hit 20%. I have been going to Al now for 9 years and Al has maintained my car for all those years. “As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”
