Let me start off, when you go in to get your rental the ladies are very friendly. The minute you miss your payment they place a lock on your unit which is understandable, but the problem is they are so quick to put the lock on but wait days to remove it. I actually had to go in the office to tell them they needed to remove the lock I made my payment days ago.
Now last thing when I cleared my unit to close my account it was on a Saturday, I called the call center they reinsured me that the next business day some one in the office would check and close out my account. I even called to follow up and Colleen said she was taking care of it. 30 days later Eric very rude and lack customer service told me there was a lock on the unit and if I didn’t remove it he was sending my account to collections…. REMIND you 30 days before I was told it was closed out and I removed my 20 $ lock why would I leave my lock behind??? He got smart wouldn’t let me talk he even told me why would I assume my account was closed and I talked to the customer service center in California. I told him why is it 30 days later and you all is just now checking my unit. Overall Eric is the problem up there very unprofessional even the contact center had to apologize for him.

We found JustStorage on Richmond Road and we are not disappointed. Eric was a wonderful help right away. He is so nice, friendly, very amazing and helps with everything. He heard about our nonprofit Sweet dreams for kids that we give new pajamas to kids in hospitals and loved what we do. Everyone else at the storage unit is so nice and very friendly. Everything is clean and easy to find. If you are looking for a storage unit you should go with JustStorage you will not be sorry about it.

Just Storage on Richmond Road is absolutely amazing. Eric is so kind, helpful and has a huge heart. He wanted to help us with our nonprofit and made sure our unit would be perfect. He is a hard worker and wants to please the customer. He went above and beyond to make us happy. This is service that you rarely find. I picked this place because of him. When I came to the place, it is clean and a very nice space! I would give Eric, district manager and upper management a 100++++! Come to this place and you will be so happy!!!
