“Nice store! But, the employees are in backroom hanging out and seem to have a problem when they have to help you because self checkout register isn't corpoating properly. And, to top it off want to get aggravated because stuffs on sale and have digital coupons and want to say it something different.”
“5 below is the funnest place! This store has a lot of fun things, useful things, decor, tshirts, snacks, candy, beauty items and so much more. Great place to get gifts! They have a nice selection of seasonal merchandise and now with the 5 beyond section they have more items that are bigger and better and still reasonably priced. “I picked up a couple of things at the Dollar General at 5310 Cleveland Rd., Wooster, Ohio, the morning of 14 Feb., 2024. I paid for my items with a debit card, which I left in the machine. The checkout lady, Lisa, tall with bluish hair, ran out into the parking lot and returned it to me. Her attentiveness and concern for a customer saved me a nightmare. I thank Dollar General for employing people of high character like this lady.”

“I've been using this location for decades. The Pharmacists are the absolute best, totally knowledgeable, friendly and have gone the extra mile to help when there have been unforeseeable issues. Extra kudos to Brian and Gregg.
I've had to use CVS, Walmart and Giant Eagle both in Wadsworth and Barberton in the past and had bad experiences... especially with both CVS stores.

“The lady who worked today 01/25 during the snow storm is a blessing. I unfortunately had to get diapers and got stuck trying to leave. She came out and shoveled in front and under my car and helped push me out. Thank God for her.”

“I love this location everyone is very helpful and friendly. I've never seen anyone smoking or being rude like other reviews said. I don't think people realize a lot of these people are doing the jobs of 2 people you have to ring register and put product up in between customers and if you constantly have customers you can't get product put up. That's why there is product down aisles sometimes. These employees are trying their best for real y'all need to lighten up.”
“Great employees. Very pleasant and kind. Corporate doesn't treat them right however. How do they have 2 people on shift and both expected to unload and stock shelves while also running register possibly able to get anything done??
Also, corporate does not update prices on shelves to software, so you need to pay attention when at checkout. The price discrepancy is NOT the employees fault! They will override/fix it if you say something (politely!!).
I love Norton DG employees and won't shop at any other DG. ??”

“they don't even have stuff all over the place and if you go to Doylestown DG, it's the worst, they got stuff everywhere and this one is so much better, and they even got stuffed and stocked up and it's not dirty”
