Also liked the renovations done to the place .”
“I was traveling and en route home from several states away, when I got an engine light. Got off the expressway and found an O'Reilly auto parts store to pull the code. Bought the parts indicated and asked for a recommendation on a local auto repair shop and Beavercreek Auto Care was at the top of their list. I limped in there with my car and owner Frank Hill was able to help me as a walk in from out of town, and get me back on the road. So appreciative. They have a sign on the wall which says something like: May all who enter as a guest, leave as a friend.

They got me for diagnostics and an estimate the same day I called and did a complete brake job the next day. The price was very reasonable and the work came with a guarantee. “I almost never write Google reviews, but felt compelled to after dealing with Accel (Kettering location) this afternoon. I cannot stress enough just how incredible they were to me.
1) I walked in without an appointment an hour before closing because one of my front headlights was out. The front desk person could not have been any friendlier.
2) A tech came out to the waiting area to discuss the issue with me, gave me reasons why it may have occurred, and options for a resolution.
3) Not only was the price affordable, it made me seriously evaluate why I'd want to drive to the dealer to get my car worked on by them in the future.
4) The car had some snow and ice covering it from a recent snowfall. When it was returned to me, all of it had been removed (without them telling me or me asking for it to be done).
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM!”

Called on a Monday, brought my car in on Tuesday, by Wednesday I had an explanation and an estimate that was way less than I had expected. Car was finished on Thursday and it runs great. “Took my transmission from my truck into the shop. Everyone was friendly and made sure I was taken care of. Price was highly competitive and turnaround time was phenomenal. Answered all questions and was very upfront and offered information pertinent to my situation. I've read some poor reviews of this shop, however it seems people have asked for a free diagnosis over the phone which is impossible to do and rate based on that which is absurd given the fact they have never done business with the shop. These guys got me in and taken care of promptly.”
