“Stopped in here to get a transmission repair for a nissan rogue. After going over my options, we decided on a used replacement transmission that came with a warranty. Dayton transmission did a fast and beautiful job installing the transmission, but sadly, after a short amount of time, the used part failed. Dayton transmission totally stood behind their work to get me back on the road. I couldn't say enough good things, but most of all, they were open and honest with me.”

“My car was running extremely roughly, would shake pretty badly whenever it was idle or when I would brake, so I set up a time they could check on it, (it was my wiring harness being too loose and rubbing against the EGR tube) and the same day they checked it they called me back to tell me exactly what was wrong, exactly what they were going to do to fix it, and how much they estimated it to cost, and had it fixed the very next day, which in the end I actually paid less then the actual estimate.
Love this place for it's transparency, its speed, and its amazing customer service, Jenny is an absolute rock.
And I'd be completely amiss not to talk about the reviews here on Google, I've read a lot of reviews on here about people having bad experiences or bad repairs, which generally sounds like ignorance on the reviewers part, and on every single one of those reviews this business has responded with eloquent and well thought out answers that give more details as to what happened with that specific customer, from telling customers where they can contact them directly if something happened they weren't satisfied with, to set up an actual time to talk face to face, (and there's really no other way to describe this) to ABSOLUTELY shutting down the haters, like actually having good reasons and explaining why something was or would be the price that it is, or fixed they way they chose to fix it.

“I just had my first experience with Bigger auto. Very efficient over the phone. I dropped it off after closing hours and it was ready by 1:00 next day. My 2010 Jeep had to be towed in. As it turns out the the codes hadn’t been cleared out from the previous shop and it wouldn’t go over 1-2 mph. They fixed it and didn’t charge me anything. I will continue to use them in the future!!”
