The guy working is incredibly rude and has no customer service whatsoever, and constantly refusing packages becuase they aren’t to “his” specifications

Absolutely dirty inside. Staffing doesn't match listed hours. They opened at 9AM posted hours lobby open customer service area closed. You can tell no one had cleaned the lobby in some time.

This was my first time at this location, and it will definitely be my last. The customer service was very disappointing. Matthew was rude and not helpful.
