“A decent office overall. Unfortunately funding likely suffers due to the constant effort of this country to privatize every public service. That being said, improvements can definitely be made. This can range from more staffing so that the lunch hour doesn't have a line all the way to the door to keeping better track of packages. Despite this, my experience here has been mostly positive!”

“It’s been several times now that this post office has quite literally made my day, thanks to Jack. It’s such a testament to how contagious happiness really is and how it can start with someone you might never expect to have such an impact. I walked in pretty stressed about sending my passport off, and Jack just calmly looked it over with the kindest demeanor and a genuine smile the whole time. I walked out lighter than when I came in. Almost every time I’m in here they’ve gone out of their way to help me or someone else save money and get what they need and get packages and letters where they need to go.”

“The best post office! I drive 15 minutes just to use this one. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They have a little table to kids to sit and play while parents/caregivers are attending to mail services. There is not typically much of a wait.”
“My package was delivered to the wrong box..I called the office and the guy sent out a driver at almost 5pm to find my package and hand deliver it to me - thanks guys”

“I had a unique situation and called to figure out a way forward. Amanda was so nice and kind and I didn't know she was the supervisor until later in the conversation. I sent the information to my mom and my mom said Amanda had already informed the clerks of the situation and there were no problems with mailing the package. Stellar service! This was the fourth post office involved as the first one didn't know the regulations and the second and third didn't answer the phone. Highly recommend for any unique postal situations. “I’m new to the area and this was the first post office I tried and I don’t intend to go to another. Parking is convenient, never busy inside, and the gentleman who works there is incredibly helpful. Seems like all of the other reviews are old and out of date because this is an excellent post office location!”

“I have been to Kettering, Oakwood,, Airway road, and Paragon road post offices. The Dayton-Xenia Road post office beats them all! They the right hours for working people and while they can get pretty busy the staff are very friendly and competent. I appreciate how many of them go the extra mile. “I love this post office! I come here multiple times a week every week. There are times I’ve been here everyday of the week to ship items I’ve sold. I never leave reviews but when I saw all the 1 star reviews for this location I had to leave one. The man who works here is always kind to me and my children. Nothing but friendly. I’ve never seen him be rude to anyone. If he’s not up front all you have to do is ring the bell and he comes right out.”
