I love this post office! I come here multiple times a week every week. There are times I’ve been here everyday of the week to ship items I’ve sold. I never leave reviews but when I saw all the 1 star reviews for this location I had to leave one. The man who works here is always kind to me and my children. Nothing but friendly. I’ve never seen him be rude to anyone. If he’s not up front all you have to do is ring the bell and he comes right out.

The man that works in the Airway location is rude and unfriendly. He is not helpful at all! Most unprofessional, rude post office I’ve ever been in. I don’t understand why he’s still an employee!!! This is a customer service based job! The USPS needs to hire someone that wants to do their job in a friendly professional manner. I try to avoid this location but unfortunately it is the one closest to my home!

I had an anxiety attack in here because of the man that works there...I needed help, don't bother with that if you go here. I am calling the post master after thus post because this man about put me in the hospital.

Went to ship a package at 2:15pm Sign says they are back from lunch by 2pm. Stood there for probably 20 to 25 min. Watched atleast 5 people come in and ask whats going on? Still No one! Currently have Been on hold to talk to customer service for 46 min. This is absolutely ridiculous and highly un professional. They need to shut this location down. Lobby is also gross. Mop your damn floors atleast once a week!

11:40am, parked and returned to car because window closed. Website states the location closes at noon and reopens 1pm. Somethings wrong somewhere.

I use this post office at least 1-2 times a week. I don’t understand all the bad reviews for this location/the man who works here. He’s professional and efficient. He’s always been nice and polite to us. I love how quick we can get in and out.

I had a pleasant experience here today. The gentleman behind the desk handled two customers in the time it took my to tape and label my box. Then he returned right away when I was ready and rang the bell. The place was clean and orderly. No real complaints.

Numerous times I have gone in 5-10 maybe even 15 minutes before the posted close time at 5pm, and the gate at the desk was down and they were closed. I am extremely frustrated by this happening time after time again. For those of us that rely on the post office and usps for our business this just can’t happen. If your hours are till 5pm there is no excuse for you to close up at 4:50 pm. Not even mentioning the fact the front desk worker will take as long as a break as he wants. DO NOT rely on this post office to give you the best service or even halfway decent. It’s worth it to drive out of the way to avoid this post office and the man who works there.

Had a pleasant experience here today. I had something to return, there was no one at the counter so I rang the bell and the clerk assisted me efficiently. All I saw were reviews about a rude worker, but that was not my experience today. This clerk was very polite. Thanks, Nathan!

Clerk needs to go. As stated by several other reviews, he is incredibly rude and unprofessional. If you come here, don’t let this man bully you. Dish it back.

This post office is the worst!! I avoid it at all costs. The man will open and close as he pleases. He's so rude to customers!! He is never helpful. I never complain or write bad reviews often but he really needs let go. I'd give a zero star if I could.
