“I went in to grab a coffee and a biscuit, and saw they were out of biscuits. A lady that works there (I forgot to get her name) came up and asked if i wanted something not there. She went into the back, took time to heat it herself, and got exactly what i wanted. This place always seems to have nice staff, but I try to leave reviews for the above and beyond.”

“The staff here are great and they have a lot of good snack options. They have a large selection of wine and beer. They also have lottery, tobacco products, and some clothing. You can buy Lawsons chip dip here too so that's cool.”
“Big, clean, bright store. The staff is so very friendly. The Hunts Brothers pizza was fresh and is so good. There's room for a few trucks to stop in for fuel and goods.”

“The staff at the pharmacy are snobs and really rude. I'd switch drugstores if one would come locally. It is clean but everything is all over so it is hard to find things which causes people to walk through the entire store to find something.”
“Literally my favorite drive thru me and my brothers nickname is the quick shop because we are able to get in and out really fast I just love the place and the employees are amazing my favorite employe is Nala and the owner is my dad's friend because my dad used to work at another drive thru he owned”

Usually some smiles , you normally don't see.....i was in customer service , over 25 years..............gotta say................feel welcome, smiles..........imperative!”

“This is a nice big drugstore variety of grocery films andMake-up perfumes very nice staff. Pharmacy Staff very nice alot of everything. Handicap restroom handicap doors. Parking available. Also, they text you when your script is done.”
“Great selection of beers, and they sometimes carry many select non-alcoholic beers (which are sometimes hard to find). They have a very dedicated staff. My wife and I always enjoy coming here. Wide variety of wines available.”
“The ladies in the pharmacy are phenomenal. My daughter was ill and we could not find her medication anywhere. These women went out of their way to assist in every way possible. She is currently two days into her prescription and feeling better already! Not all heroes wear capes. Thank you guys so much.”

“There is an amazing manager at the 911 W State St location, by the name of Jordan. I legit purchased lottery tickets and left- headed to Canton. I realized I could not find them and called. My thought was the attendant forgot to give them to me, not at all the case. Turns out I threw them in the trash, simply moving too fast. Jordan not only handled me professionally, took the time to review the tapes and advised me I in fact took them. Again, going way beyond he checked the trash where I pumped and then once more the trash outside of the door, where he found the tickets and cared enough to call me to let me know. I am so grateful for the level of professionalism and compassion this man showed me! It is not even weekly that I get stellar customer service like this and especially in my own error. I hope your team values you as much as I do Jordan as you are truly an assett to them and in my case a hero of levels!!! Thank you beyond, you made my day a great one. I called Rite Aid and Carol answered and was kind enough to not only go and check for me before I made the trip but she brought them up to the register to make my getting in and out even faster and more convenient! Ia the past year alone, me and my husband have both stopped in to ask the pharmacist about some non-prescription, herbal supplements and cream for an insect bite. And each time they have offered suggestions based on our needs. These guys go so far as to step from behind the counter to help me find Milk Thistle(Mitch recommended this for my husband).
