Once I realized, I called Tire Discounters and they were so friendly and understanding, and let me still keep my appointment even though I was going to be late. Once I made it there, I was helped right away, the guy was so nice and helpful. He was very personable and he acted like he cared. I will not get tires anywhere else! They were affordable too!”

Went as far has coming outside and helping to install. Wish I could remember the two young gentlemens names but went above and beyond Thanks you.”
“cannot thank them enough for their service and kindness! we had our bumper torn off from branches while visiting from out of town and we called in the morning and they told us to stop by any time for assessment of the damage. he reassured us that our car was safe to drive and encouraged us to reach out to our local collision/body repair dealer for official fixing. he did tape up the bumper and told me exactly what to tell the dealership for when i called. 10/10 recommend, as it put my mind at ease when we’re on our way to travel back home soon. i cannot thank them enough. thank you!!!”

“We took our 2007 GMC Yukon to North for insurance repairs after a fender bender. The vehicle has a very intricate metallic blue paint color and had lots of very small difficult to see damages. North was very thorough with their estimate and their repair. They managed to match the paint color well for a 17 year old vehicle, installed everything correctly, and even denied a damaged fender because they knew it wouldn't produce a quality outcome, and informed me immediately of the delays. Everybody was friendly and informative and the vehicle looks great! I would gladly recommend North Body Shop to anyone!”

Also she went back and got it to make sure it was there and when I got there they were more than helpful. “I will from here on out always buy from O'Reillys. We are from out of town visiting Hocking Hills. Our alternator went out. We googled the nearest O'Reillys since we bought our last alternator from one of the stores in our area a couple years ago. Elizabeth was so extremely helpful at this location. She gave my husband permission to work on our van in the parking lot and they let him borrow tools to do the job. We had a van full of kids and she offered us water bottles while we waited for my husband to fix the car. They also charged the battery while he was putting the new part in. We very much appreciated her going above and beyond!”
