The owner came out and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. You don't see many owners out working with his staff and he was right in there working with them. That is very impressive and that he took the time out to see if I was satisfied. I highly recommend them. I will be going back in December and if I need more work done as long as he is there that is where I will take my car.”

“My husband got into an accident with a deer a few months ago. The team at River Valley Collision worked to get his car in as soon as possible. It was only in the shop about a week to a week in a half. They cleaned it nicely for us and made sure everything was correct before we picked up. It was so hassle free and they were so quick and friendly. We highly recommend them!”

I also had a stripe on my car that they redid to match the old one that was there & it’s about got me convinced to take it back to have them freshen up the other side too! “I will from here on out always buy from O'Reillys. We are from out of town visiting Hocking Hills. Our alternator went out. We googled the nearest O'Reillys since we bought our last alternator from one of the stores in our area a couple years ago. Elizabeth was so extremely helpful at this location. She gave my husband permission to work on our van in the parking lot and they let him borrow tools to do the job. We had a van full of kids and she offered us water bottles while we waited for my husband to fix the car. They also charged the battery while he was putting the new part in. We very much appreciated her going above and beyond!”

Also she went back and got it to make sure it was there and when I got there they were more than helpful. I dropped my car off the morning of and went to work, I got a call shortly after I left saying that there was a cancellation, and they were able to get my car in early. They found several other issues that I was not expecting, they were happy to walk me through the cost and if it was an emergent situation. some items I decided to correct, some I decided to hold off on. I appreciated their honesty and speed of service. Overall, the cost was on par with other places. The waiting room was very nice and welcoming, and the staff was very friendly.”

“I've been going to the Quick Lane at Bob Boyd Ford for six years, and I've had no problems. The staff is friendly with a nice waiting area. The mechanics are quick. And most of all, I feel they are trustworthy. Not only will they get your oil changed, or put new tires on your vehicle, but they also provide you with an extensive diagnostic for the overall health of your vehicle. And for me, that's great. It allows me to know how long I'll have before I need to make a repair, or get my brakes changed. Just an example. That's if the diagnostic shows anything that would. Overall, it's a friendly atmosphere with quick mechanics. And thats my opinion based from my experience of taking my truck in for six years.”
