There are several t-shirt companies in and around the Cleveland area but their designs don't even come close to being as awesome as GV's designs. Everything inside their designs represents the city.”
“I went to the Westgate location today to buy a new Guardians city connect hat for a gift. I didn’t see an adjustable one in the style I wanted. I have a bad hip and couldn’t stand long so I asked a very nice young lady employee if they have the one I want. She went back to check and came out of the back room with the exact hat. She then put it in a bag with tissue for the gift. Over and beyond. Great store. Always has been.”

“I had an issue with an online order going through so I called and left a message before their business hours. Within a couple hours I received a phone call to sort out the issue. Gordon was very pleasant and verified the item I tried to order was still in stock. I gave my payment information and he said they’d be on the way. That was Friday. I had the pants Monday multiple states away. Excellent customer service.”
“Our favorite local Cleveland gear shop. Local owner, family run. Does screen printing with some fun and unique designs with a variety of clothing and styles. The tees are super soft, and the sweatshirts had a bunch of different styles and fits. We stopped at other shops and came back to this one. We also didn't have room in our bags, so they have free shipping over a very low threshold (I think $10). Highly recommend!”

“I was at this store on March,15, 2024 for the first time. I was greeted by Alyssa and Nicole. Right from the start they both lisened very well as I explained what I was looking for. Alyssa's and Nicole's patience with me was outstading and gave me great deal of help in making decisions on what looked nice on me. What a great store, you have to see it to believe it with all the wall to wall sports merchandise. An excellent experieance throughout my shopping at this store. “I was really impressed by the selection here and the amount of things I found in their clearance section. The prices are a tad higher than I like but I've always liked Athleta products a lot and they last a while. I also appreciate the fact that they usually have tall sizes in leggings. I struggle to find that at Lululemon unless it's online.”

“This place is amazing. I’m not great at names but the one girl when we first walked was absolutely amazing. She dresses the mannequin with amazing style. “Cleveland has many cultural influences, unfortunately, Mexican hasn’t been as prominent. However, Botas Mexico is as good of a store I have seen with Norteño flair. Top of the line products to get you ready for a quince or a cookout.”

“ordered a gift for Mother’s Day that ended up getting lost in the mail! Emily was super kind after a bit of a rocky start, delayed response time from being a small business, but ended up completely replacing my order, refunding me, and sending a surprise free gift! definitely started the communication process frustrated but it ended up not being her service and she still went out of her way to remedy the situation and make sure I was satisfied.
the longer communications time can be a little frustrating but remember that it’s due to Emily running a super successful small business.

But the lady here went above and beyond to help us find what was needed for my daughters prom... beautiful gown , beautiful shoes , jewelry and nail polish to match. “This is a cute boutique type of store but they are located in other cities so it really is not boutique and some would categorise this place as a chain store. It is quite an expensive store too but what I do like about them is they have many gift options. Seriously, you can find so many unique items here and may get 'lost' here for a good hour just looking around. Besides the women's clothing, I seriously love all the cute little finds that you can get here including so many accessories such as (necklaces, earrings, and sunglasses), stationery, tea mugs, etc. It's hard to describe all the many things you can buy here unless you actually walk into the store so read the official description below. It is a neat and well organised store. The customer service was okay. My friend and I who came here were not greeted by the young girl working behind the counter neither did she say goodbye until I said "bye" to her...haha.
