Not only is her clothing line amazing, but Emily (and Kyle) are the sweetest people/ businesses owners you’ll ever meet. “I was really impressed by the selection here and the amount of things I found in their clearance section. The prices are a tad higher than I like but I've always liked Athleta products a lot and they last a while. I also appreciate the fact that they usually have tall sizes in leggings. I struggle to find that at Lululemon unless it's online.”

“This review is long overdue...John the manager of the store is an absolute class act. I purchased flys (6-7 months ago) and discovered I was overcharged (3x) on them. I didn' t have the receipt but they found me in the system. Told me they would refund me or to come down and said they would take care of me. They certainly gave me a full customer service experience and made sure I was made whole and then some. No hassle. I like supporting this store because I see John at a lot of fundraising and awareness events. I'm still not a 100% Orvis gear guy (I'm too nerdy and picky with my fly equipment) but would consider switching simply because of the culture they and good-vibe environment they have at the shop. Kudos!!!”

“The people that work here are great. Positive attitudes and very helpful. I love the clothes and coats at Eddie Bauer, although a little pricey, worth it because it's quality and they have a great warranty. This visit, Jen & Ben helped me exchange a coat that I was having issues with. Ben was new (although at first I couldn't tell, he told me) but had great confidence and was very friendly. His manager, Jen, gave him the space to try this return on his own and he almost did it but there was some confusion so she stepped in. Great team work and great interaction amongst them. I felt like they were friends of mine and we were figuring it out together. It was resolved and I got my new coat. I was very pleased.”

“One associate that helped me was very friendly, I don't remember her name but she was working at the register and had dark hair. There were items I wanted to get but weren't in stock so she checked on the computer for me right there and was super friendly, and had remembered me from being in the store prior. There was also another sales associate who had blonde hair who I asked to check the size on the inside back of my shirt for me that I had gotten from UO that I was wearing, and I felt very comfortable and she was very helpful as well. The only thing was I wasn't asked if I had UO rewards but that was because I had told the cashier I had $5 off from being a UO rewards member. This store is very professional and friendly which I appreciate very much! Cute clothing too!”

“First time in here as I was curious to see exactly what it was, reminds me of a TJ Maxx or a Marshalls! They have a lot of higher end items brand names like Gucci, and Kate Spade. Was very messy especially the cosmetic section I didn't even bother to look that much. It looks like they have a lot of cute things though definitely good for holiday shopping!”

“Francescas is like by far one of my favorite stores. I love the clothes and accessories. I love all the little trinkets and fun gifts. Such a great shop. I haven't had a bad experience at any of the shops and I've probably been to most of them in NE Ohio. The staff, they really go above and beyond. I've had such amazing associates help me. They've always been helpful, they always have conversations with me. I know it's part of their job to talk to the customers, it at least always seems like they genuinely care, so I'll take that as good service. They make me feel like they care, I dont get a lot of adult conversation and a little goes a long way. Each shop pretty much stocks the same product, some of them are not available in shop, but they are online. So one shop might have this in stock but another one won't get it in at all. Definitely recommend stopping into one of the Francesca's boutiques, you won't be disappointed!”
