“I cannot recommend Sapphire Pear and Sean/Kaitlyn high enough!! I worked with Sean and Kaitlyn to set up an apartment I needed for work in the Cleveland area, where I'm staying part time. They were very attentive to the concept I was hoping to achieve and very efficient in selecting pieces to review along with providing the overall vision and aesthetic I was going for while also staying budget conscious. When it came time to deliver and set everything up, we got hit by the worst winter storm in a very long time.

A week before everything was supposed to be delivered and set up, a pipe broke in the apartment flooding the master bedroom, bathroom and part of the dining/living room and I was unable to get there to see how bad it was or to begin to clean things up. Sean and Kaitlyn immediately went over to the unit, moved the things that were in harms way, and took pictures to help me document the damage. Later that week, they went back to the apartment to ensure the clean up had taken place and to check my electronics (not what they ordered) to ensure everything was working properly. The following week, on move in day, another pipe burst at 4am flooding generally the same area but with even more water. They went over, worked with the maintenance crew to get the clean up started, and then worked around them all day to get the furniture moved in and get the apartment ready for me to begin living in it.

Sapphire Pear (and specifically Sean and Kaitlyn) went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome and fix the issues that had come up through no fault of their own. I think anyone would be hard pressed to find a team that is so committed to ensuring their clients satisfaction that they're willing to fight through a flood and maintenance crews traipsing through the place while trying to move everything in and put everything away. Oh, and their communication was fantastic throughout the entire process!! They've earned my business (and appreciation) on anything else I need design/decorator services on, and I'm positive whoever uses them will receive the same level of care and professionalism.”

“I attended a wonderful event at the store last night. We learned about fair trade from Colleen and the volunteers and we had the opportunity to browse (and buy) items from their unique collections. “This place is amazing! The clothes are high end, in fashion and reasonably priced. I think at least 1/4 of my wardrobe comes from this store!The folks who work there are helpful and friendly, and I often ask for their opinion when trying on clothes. I’ve also purchased many kitchen items. You need to stop in often, as they’re always updating the items!”
