Always a line, you're lucky if they have more than 1 teller and very slow.

I went inside to process a document, the teller with dark hair, she didn’t process it and I had to go back in 3 weeks later! Filed a complaint to the manager but he didn’t ask who the teller was and just apologied. Not sure where that org domciment went but so unprofessional!

I was trying to amend my direct deposit information on an annuity I have AFTER an Identification / Fraud incident. I have called 3 times and left a message each time. In 2 of them I cited my representatives name and said I needed to make changes immediately. I AM STILL WAITING FOR A CALL-BACK!!!!
