“This location went above and beyond for me.
I had my first ever accident where someone ran the light and hit the front left corner.
Dustin, who was filling in for the manager at this location, was fantastic. He told my fiancé and I everything that needed to be repaired, contacted us about progress, and was extremely kind.
I had mentioned in a previous incident, someone had sat on my hood, leaving damage. Though I didn’t get it replaced, I was shocked and over the moon when I saw the team had buffed out my hood. I’ve been so upset about that hood for over a year, but now I’m super relieved.
I can’t thank Dustin, the office staff, current manager, and the team enough for the hard work and kindness I’ve received the past couple of weeks. Thank you! ?”
“Put 4 used tires on my Honda accord yesterday. Service was quick and very good. The used tires are in good shape and I think the deal was fair but not excellent. They had about 7/32s tread on them and new ones would have 10 so about 70% tread left. I am a little upset about this as I made my decision to purchase based on them being described as having 80 to 90% tread. I am partially to blame though as I should have looked tires over before purchase rather than telling them to just do it. I’m sure it was just a misunderstanding and not intentional deception. I may go with new tires from them next time to get more bang for my buck. Still a good place though.”

“Talked with 3 different people there. Everyone was exceptionally helpful. They took my car for test drive and called back with needed repairs. Did repairs next day. What I like most is that they really looked into the actual problem and did not put unnecessary parts on . They gave recommendations on what will need in future. He is the first mechanic I ever had that took my wife and me on test drive after repairs. Really appreciate that service.
Prices were reasonable. My wife also mentioned that they actually listened to her and answered her questions.

“Went to Brimfield Tire & Auto for a weird noise my car was making. They concluded it might be my brake rotors because they were in bad shape (which didn't surprise me). They were very quick and kind. I felt like I was getting honest feedback and was quoted a decent price for overall labor and repair. I didn't feel like I was being sold anything that I didn't need, which I always appreciate. Overall, a good experience and I will be going back for future repairs!”
“I rarely leave reviews for businesses- but Major League Tire is an exception. They are my favorite business in Hartville for a lot of reasons. They are fair. They are honest. They are kind. They don’t gouge you with their prices. When you’re a customer you’re treated like family.
Oh and they’re quick! I’ve been told by other places that don’t seem as busy as major league tire that I would have to wait days for a flat tire to be fixed- but on a day where they are already slammed MLT will “work you in” because they know the reality is you have a job and places to be and can’t be without wheels.
Taking your car to garage is scary- it requires a lot of trust. Tina, Rich and the rest of the staff at Major League Tire have proven themselves to be trustworthy again and again!”
