This was my first visit and I was extremely impressed with their communication, professionalism, and service. I will be bringing back all of my VWs to them for service in the future. Highly recommended.”

“Had to get my brakes changed. Incredibly friendly and efficient staff! Dropped my car off early in the afternoon a day before my appointment and had a call later the same day stating that they had a price for the fix and can start early. Can't promise that they'll work on everyone's car early, but they went above and beyond in getting my car serviced and fixed to have it done before the day of my actual appointment. All that with a great warranty and no attempt to sell me things I didn't truly need. Thank you all so much!”

“Super recommend this store, I graduated from ksu for 12 years, on March I just want to go back and have a look, terrible thing my car has no electric in the morning, I call for more than three people, only this guy said he will come and help me for sooner, I told him I just for traveling here, it means I won’t fix the car in the future, but he still said yes, I asked how much? He said $10, it’s really a great price for me, after he help me to jump start the car, he said no charge for the help,🥹but I still pay the money, I stay in California for more than 5 years, I won’t see the kindly person like this guy, sorry I forgot to ask his name, I really appreciate his help , super recommend this store again ~~~~”

“Edward is a great guy who does amazing work. Needed a quick fix because of a coolant leak. I got it quoted on a Sunday at Firestone in Kent because they were the only ones open. They quoted me at almost $500. I do not recommend going to chain stores and never have. Because it was a quick fix he got me in the same day and only charged $55. Could not recommend him enough. Support local!”

“You have good service and then you have a staff that truly goes over and beyond to leave you speechless and stunned. I’ve been doing business with this location for the last 4-5 years and I have to give credit where credit is due. Brett, Autumn, and Tyler are nothing short of exemplary. They always offer any assistance they can when I have an issue or have an emergency. Their lead mechanic, Steve, has also been of great assistance a time or two. I wouldn’t be able to successful as a company without their support. If you’re looking for a great small business to support while getting tires or your vehicle fixed, this is your place.”

“I highly recommend Toyota of Kent. Mike Dobson is very courteous and knowledgeable regarding Toyotas. I went to trade in my 2019 for a used car. He listened to what I needed and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want. Mike Dobson made is easy for me. Give Mike a visit when you are ready for a new car/trade in, he will get you what you want.”

“I recently moved to Brimfield/Kent, and this is exactly the kind of shop I was hoping to find. Although I only had a tire rotation and oil change done, I was impressed. Dan and his crew were easy to work with, got me in and out VERY quickly, and did excellent work a fraction of the cost the dealer would’ve charged. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ if it was an option!”

“Came here after getting my car detailed somewhere else. The previous business had left so much moisture in my vehicle the inside of my windows had condensation for three days, and I had taken it in to get a cat urine scent out and they failed at that too. Took my car to Magic City, and they absolutely saved my vehicle. The urine scent isn’t lingering in my car now, there is no moisture collected! Owner told me he had to hit the seat three times with shampoo to get that smell out. I highly recommend getting serviced here. And the prices are VERY good too. I spent $200 at the OTHER business that left my vehicle in poor condition. This business I only spent $55 and they saved my car from potential molding and got rid of the smell! (I only had passenger seat done and the moisture extraction for the entire car). Owner told me to wait a few days, and if the scent was still there, to come back and they’d get it again. But I didn’t need to, they took great care of it. Thank you so much! You have no idea how relieved I am! I wish I had come there the first time, instead of that other business. (Yall need a bigger parking lot though ?)”

“We took our (new to us) van in, after a few disclosed issues and some undisclosed issues were discovered. They honored a quote they gave the previous owner, and kept us in the loop for the additional problems that popped up. I really appreciated their honest and quick work. It was worth the 45 minute drive from where we live. I definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for an honest auto shop. Thank you again for helping make our van safer for our family.”

“I was in town helping a friend when the starter went out in my truck. Not knowing the area well and being 60 miles from home I was at a loss, not knowing what to do. I remembered seeing a Tire Max and looked up their website. Seeing they did other repairs. I gave them a call and explain my situation. I was told to bring the truck over and in less then an hour they had a new starter in my truck at a very reasonable price. They were very fast and friendly. I can't thank them enough for their service and the speed at which they done the job.”
