“I can't say enough nice things about Chip Bare. I would definitely recommend him for any type of collision work. My car was totaled after another driver with FOUNDER'S insurance ran a red light and T-boned me. I must have called about 20 collision repair shops that day. Chip was the only one who offered to not only help to repair my car, but also to help deal with the insurance company. He spent a lot of time just explaining the process to me and offering assistance in any way that he could. He also offered to let me keep the car on his lot without any storage fees. They ended up totaling out the car and telling me to "dispose of it myself." Chip not only offered to take care of the car, but he also offered me money for it. Good guy that cares. His staff are very friendly, too and have been in the business for many years. I would go to him in a heartbeat if I needed any collision work done in Cincinnati. He will get you in within a reasonable time frame and go above and beyond.”
“Oh my gosh, I can't give more stars than 5, but if I could, it would be 10 and above. Not only was the owner polite and courteous, he was like the neighbor everyone should have. My car was hit with a 5 gallon bucket, scratching and denting the front. I just picked it up (one day early) and it looks brand new! And on top of that, he washed it too! I recommend this body shop to anyone, (and trust me, I am).”

“I could not have asked for a better start to finish lease experience than the one my Sales Rep Brook and the Sales Manager Ali provided. I came in wanting to test drive a Santa Fe Calligraphy after having driven a Palisade Calligraphy on my last work trip. From the jump Brook was so awesome about explaining all of the features on the vehicle and not being pushy whatsoever, knowing this was the very beginning of the leasing process for me. After my test drive, she mentioned she could give me a mock up of what a lease could look like with them to take with me as I went and looked at other options so I could compare what they could offer me to other dealerships. Her and Ali were incredible to work with and mentioned how they wanted to truly EARN my business with the offer I was eventually given. He did a walk through where I had to point out the damages and provided a thorough explanation of what they would need to do in order to fix . “I have a California Sidecar Escapade LE Trailer for my motorcycle. Most motorcycle dealers shy away from working on any trailer. The right side turn signal would not work. All other lights were fine. I was invited to stop over the next morning so they could take a look. I arrived and it took the tech about 30 seconds to find the issue and resolve it. Extremely reasonable cost. These guys know their stuff. Highly recommended!”

“Had my car towed here I was cut off on Ebenezer Rd, right up from Wessellman Rd. At the sharp bend by another driver who was on his phone. Of course he kept driving another driver seen it. Which I should of asked for his number as a witness. Well I tried to get AAA to get there but Green Township Police towed my vehicle and wrote me a ticket for failure to maintain control. Which the two cost 200.00 dollars and the ticket is 130.00 dollars. Well it wasn't Jim Lambert's fault they were on point payed and drive my vehicle home. GREEN TOWNSHIP POLICE!! WHAT A JOKE!!!”
“Streeval’s is the BEST! My car had a large dent in the front end and my door handle was non-functioning after a wreck I had been in. Bradley and his guys gave 110% and went above and beyond to get my car back in shape. Not only did they replace the door handle and front end/ bumper, but also got me brand new tires, a new key fob battery, detailed my car inside and out, and managed to clean months-old brake dust off my car. My car has never run so good! Bradley made the whole process so easy and painless and was extremely awesome to work with. He dealt with the insurance and rental car companies for me as well, which I dreaded doing myself. I’m seriously so thankful for him and everyone else at Streeval’s. I refuse to go anywhere else now! I highly recommend. (Not to mention, they have an adorable four-legged front desk greeter who kept me company in the lobby. 10/10.)”

This morning, Tommy got me checked in and actually told me I had a better coupon than the one I originally gave him and helped me find the correct one. He also took it upon himself to wipe down my husband's very dirty windshield after I asked for a towel or rag to do it myself. Their waiting area for service is very comfortable and they have coffee and drinks for you. You also get a free pack of cookies every time. Every person I've come across in the years we've brought our vehicles here has been very pleasant and accommodating.”
“I was recommended this local business from the CarX on Winton Road. I needed to replace my car mirror on the passenger's side and wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible. I called up Dan at Finneytown Collision and he recommended I stop by for him to give me a quote on replacing the mirror. The body shop is located in a convenient location near the corner of North Bend and Winton Rd. When I arrived, Dan was super friendly and informative. He gave me an estimate for replacing the mirror and the cost to paint it to match my car color if needed. The cost seemed fair, so I told him could go ahead and order the mirror. It only took 2 days for it to be replaced. My car was also in the shop at CarX for another repair and Dan went to the shop to install the mirror for me which was really nice! Highly recommend!”
