“I cannot say enough good things about this place! Drove down to Cincinnati today from Muncie, Indiana, to make a Facebook Marketplace purchase for my brother's birthday. After stopping at a store to make a return, I tried to restart my car and heard a loud pop and saw smoke or steam escape out from under my hood. NOT a good feeling being a female, alone, 2 hours from home. After researching online the possible problem & checking my oil & coolant reserve, I called Sumner's (after calling one other place & getting voicemail) to see if it was safe to drive back home, & Ryan answered right away, & after finding out I was far from home, said to bring it in and he would work it in. I was there 2 to 3hrs because they had to wait a long time for my engine to cool, so I was able to observe many customer interactions and services performed. All of them were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. After much testing of my coolant system, they could not find a problem and were not going to take any money from me. In a world where dealerships and chain stores will make up a repair, not actually do it, and still charge unsuspecting victims exhorbant prices(have seen this done)...this place is a true Diamond in the Rough!!! I wish I could've left more money, but I can and will leave my Highest Recommendation! Because they didn't have to bother with me, they had many customers, they didn't have to work me in, they didn't have to say, "No charge", they could've been making more money...BUT they did! They had compassion and they cared. They took a load off of me & I had no problems driving home...and the peace of mind that gave
me....PRICELESS!!! So in return I am not only giving them a Well Deserved Shout Out, but also asking God to bless & protect Ryan, his lovely family, his employees and his life & business in every way!!!

“The best mechanic I've ever seen. I will never go to another mechanic in my life. He is honest. Very informative. And very reasonable on his prices. I had alot of work done on my Ford expedition. He didn't just start working on my vehicle. He let me know what it needed and how much it's going to be and then got the ok from me before he started working on it. When I brought it back this time around it was gonna be a very expensive fix due to everything that was going on with it. Instead of just working on it and charging me for the work he called me and let me know all my options and that's something I highly respect from G. He doesn't throw you any curveballs the price he says is the price you pay. I reccomend G as a mechanic 10 times over. And he will always be my mechanic whenever I need a vehicle looked at or worked on.”
“Moe and his staff is great I bought a car from Drivetime that had issues within the first 2 weeks. Moe made me feel relaxed and insured me that the would get me together. He actually listen to my problems and took action to check those problems right away. I have been to a lot of car shops in my lifetime and Auto Arena is actually the best one I’ve been to. The customer service is fantastic. The interaction with the customers that are coming in and out is phenomenal. Watching how Moe interact with the people who’s coming in and out it’s very pleasurable. Auto Arena is great!”

These guys were able to troubleshoot and get it back to new in such a reasonable amount of time. “On our way from Georgia to Ohio to visit family, a heat shield came loose underneath the car. Jim's was able to fit us in and take care of the repair on the same day (which was great because we were only spending a couple days in the area).
Jim's is my wife's parents usual place to get car repairs done, and if I was local this would be my place too! Can't recommend them enough. Hopefully we don't have car trouble on the next trip, but if we do I know exactly where I am taking it.”

“Very HONEST, RELIABLE mechanics. Brought my car in due to a grinding noise. Figured it was bearings & I’d maybe need new brakes, also asked for an oil change. They diagnosed the car with just having some dirt & build up around the boots & bearings were great. They could’ve done the works to the car & up charged me out the you know what, but they didn’t. They were honest, easy to work with and really personable. I’m definitely going to continue using Carter’s for future repairs. Thanks gentleman!”

“Oh my gosh, I can't give more stars than 5, but if I could, it would be 10 and above. Not only was the owner polite and courteous, he was like the neighbor everyone should have. My car was hit with a 5 gallon bucket, scratching and denting the front. I just picked it up (one day early) and it looks brand new! And on top of that, he washed it too!
