Whatever you do, Do not pre pay for your storage facility. I have been storing there for 3 years and have always prepaid 4 months at a time. I sold the motorhome I was storing there and called requesting a refund for February and March. I was informed that refunds are never granted. Even for months paid in advance. Stopped in just before 10 a.m. to rent a unit and no one was here! Called the number on the door and they said they'd get some one over in 10-15 minutes...
