“Given that most people expect to have bad experiences with USPS, I thought I would share the great experience I had with this post office. I recently had a local move within Toledo, and there were a number of complications with my forward mail request, in part because I had just ordered a passport and didn't want it to get slowed down during mail forwarding. All the folks I interacted with here went above and beyond to help me with these complications. What I found especially impressive is how much they remembered about my situation each time I called or came in. It just showed that they actually cared and wanted to help. They were also just very friendly and cheerful. They made my move less stressful :-D”
“Nicole who works as a clerk there is an absolute hero. Had a package stuck in a loop going round and round for weeks. Decided to call up the office it was at directly, and she was very quick to help me. Came up with a creative solution to force the package to move along to its correct destination. 3 days later my package arrived where it was supposed to go and my customer was happy. Great service from the staff here at the Maumee office!”

“Always extra friendly and professional whenever I've dropped off packages. My mail carrier is super respectful and kind and courteous and he goes above and beyond when when delivering packages to my house ensuring that they're out of sight so no one would steal them”
“I've been going here ALOT for the last 4 years to ship my small business etsy orders. The ppl are helpful AND kind. One thing I've learned from other reviewers and actually going to the place and seeing for myself, is that you're hearing from grumpy people on a short fuse lol”

I sent an email to USPS she called me the same day,was very polite, knowledgeable and even offered to look into the issue herself.I really appreciate a business that cares about their customers! “Being new to the zip code, this was my first experience with this post office location. There was a mistake made with start date of my hold mail request. I called the post office and spoke to Rachel, who was so friendly and helpful. It was just an honest mistake of a substitute mail carrier. She was able to contact him and he delivered my mail and packages at the end of the route. I had positive encounters with Rachel at the station and the carrier who came back to bring my mail. Truly exceeded my expectations!”

“Recently I was treated to an honest place to do business. I forgot and mailed both my letter as well as the receipt and lo and behold the Reynolds Corner post office returned my receipt which I mistakenly mailed out.
This action made me feel blessed that there are indeed very gracious and hard working people in our community.”
“For several years our family used the Manhattan Boulevard branch before it closed in March 2015. I'm glad the blue mailboxes are still conveniently there to mail letters and small packages with prepaid labels affixed. Anyhoo fast forward to November 2015 the mailman left a peach slip left inside our mailbox. The following day I went to this post office location for the very first time to pickup a package that required a signature. The man behind the counter had a pleasant demeanor which is always refreshing. Extra Note: They are closed and hour for lunch between 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.”
