The clerk here is great…kind, compassionate, hard working and efficient. She treats customers like human beings and exercises common sense. Id rather visit this post office because of her over any other local post office.

Same story as others
Rossford is an hour and a half away from me and the package has there since last week with no update
UPS updates every day with another day added to the delivery date
USPS had no info except that my package had arrived at Rossford , Ohio
What a joke

Rossford OH is a black hole for postal delivery. Someone has been stealing mail here for years and nobody has a care to fire the person.

As with the other reviews...ordered a package well over a month ago and all the system says is that it was dropped off at the Rossford location. Who knows what is happening but the amount of speculation cannot go unnoticed.

Wow. I am absolutely gobstopped by these previous reviews. I have been waiting for a packing to arrive. The item was originally shipped using UPS to this location. It was 3 day priority shipping. The last update was from UPS stating it arrived at this post office on 12/29/24! Here we are, almost 10bdays later...and NOTHING!?!?! Who do we even contact about this problem. No one answers the phone during the posted business hours of this location. Hmmm can anyone else say class action lawsuit??

Like everybody else here I also have missing Christmas gifts that have disappeared at this location. What are they doing with them? I am convinced it's a Men in Black 2 situation and this place is a front for a covert and nefarious intergalactic package thievery scheme and where retired MIB agents go to live out their twilight years. 0/10 my gifts are probably on their way to Neptune.

I'm dealing with the same issue as everybody else on here. I don't know what's going on but maybe they should investigate this place. Get your stuff together post workers, if this happend to your gifts you would be pissed.

Not sure what the issue is with this post office. Had a Christmas gift sitting there for over a week stating departed from there took a week to reach my house just in mid michigan with no updates for a week. Now I happen to have another package that is sitting there too, hoping it doesn't take another week to reach michigan again
