“This is a WONDERFUL place. I was looking for a new vet closer to home and honestly was having a hard time finding one. Everything was so expensive and the care was not great. I am now in the process of switching all my animals to this vet.
Dr. Jackson and staff are phenomenal. He is so patient, doesn’t rush you, and is so good with my animals. He’s also laid back which I appreciate. I feel like other vets made me feel bad like I wasn’t doing enough for my animals, but I never once felt that way. I cannot recommend enough. Prices are also reasonable. Everyone was great here, from walk in to leaving.
If you’re looking for a new vet, I cannot recommend them enough. This is seriously the place I was waiting to find.”
“Ok, I can't say enough good about Dr Faulkner and his staff. We weren't patients for very long. Our Baxter who was only 10 mos old had to b put down last night. The clinic was technically closed but Dr Faulkner and the staff stayed to do surgery. As soon as we came in the door they were all over us, loving on Baxter and and reassuring me. Unfortunately sometimes things like this happen and no matter the love or care received isn't enough. This was my Bax. He was only 10 mos old. He absolutely loved everyone at the Gentle Vet. They make you feel so welcomed and provide quality care for your pet. I will be forever grateful to them for the love and excellent care they showed my baby. When the time is right, I'm sure I'll b a mom again and the Gentle Vet is where I'll be coming. They are truly wonderful people. Thanks everyone for all you did.”

Dr.Long was a very nice man . my mothers dog has to have a growth removed and teeth cleaning and vaccination . got the nails cut , i went to the family pet clinic in garfield heights and they told me 2.6k omg i was sad bc i thought we could not help this poor puppy . maple heights animal hospital all come out to around 300 for everything i could not belive the diffence. the place in garfiledd told me jan was only opening they had and maple heights animal hopital will have her in on monday the 4th . amazsing experiance”

“I never take the time to write reviews but -They fit me in last minute to check my cat Ellie’s stitches from getting spayed. Ellie has CH, so she is a wobbly cat and I am very careful with where I take her because of this. But I was worried they were infected and wanted to get somewhere quickly. They were kind and extremely quick to help. I was so worried because I had a flight in a few hours and they eased my worries. My boyfriend and I were so impressed with how calm Ellie was with them. She let them hold her and she laid in my lap while we waited for the vet. I LOVED this because I hate leaving her alone back there while waiting in the lobby at most vets. I am considering making this both of my cats’ main vet.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bartels! We started bringing our chow chow Kirby for grooming there after a terrible and traumatizing experience at her old groomer. Laura is kind, attentive, and so talented. She calls me with updates and makes Kirby feel so comfortable. Now both our dogs will always go here for vetting AND boarding! We boarded them here for the first time this weekend while we were occupied with our wedding. After explaining how nervous I was leaving them due to a previous freak accident that led to our bull terrier Baylor going missing for two weeks, the staff made sure we received text and picture updates multiple times a day to calm my nerves. Josh spent some extra time getting to know Baylor which was beyond sweet. Usually our pups can’t wait to come home after a weekend away from us, but this time I think they wanted to stay and hangout with their new friends! “I found Bartels while vacationing a few yrs back I have never left my Laya overnight anywhere and certainly not with strangers,after careful research choosing a resort I felt comfortable enough to leave my baby in their care , I came across Bartels they offered all the amenities I was looking for Laya was only in their care a few days, but I was able to give her comfort in her own suite and best part was being able to look in on her with a camera available in her suite, that was the most comforting. Laya was roughly 10yrs of age at this time, shortly after her stay I made an appointment on the clinic side to have her routine checkup and 4yrs later Dr. Mitzy has been her vet ever since,She is very kind, smart, and always explained every detail of Layas care so I would understand,she was therough with her care plan ,and always gave us both what we needed , answering all my questions and looking out for Layas best interest, she has overseen Layas care from treating Laya for dementia, overseeing her aging and never over looking an issue. I trusted her answers, and diagnosis as over the years she has been spot on, recently, Layas last visit I was told she had eye cancer,spinal cancer, declining kidneys,ETC..It was hard to accept,and alot to take in,over the past few weeks, everything Dr, Mitzy said was going to happen, HAPPENED, she started declining very rapidly,Dr,Mitzy was always there when I called and she did her very best to make sure my Laya was as comfortable as possible.Yesterday September 25th, I ended my Layas suffering, not wanting her to experience more pain than she already was,If it wasn't for Dr, Mitzy caring for Laya over the past few years I know she would not have lived this long, I am Grateful for her,and for giving me a few extra yrs of love and memories with my baby! Good doctors are hard to come by,and I was lucky to find her so late in Layas life but just when we needed her the most she came right on time!! Thank you Dr, Mitzy for all you've done for Laya and I keeping my baby with me just a little longer.!! You are our angel.!! And you'll never know how much I appreciate you and Thank you for being the Best!! ??R.I.H my princess Layagyrl 2011-2024.mommy will love you forever and always!?”

“Bartels pet hospital. Walking in the doors is a welcoming experience. I know as everyone does going to the vet is extremely stressful for both human and furry friend. We worry for our four legged friends. But when i go to bartels. That stress dissipates. The front desk workers are hard working and always going the extra mile. While prices can be high they are fair. The nurse like people are amazing as they welcome you into your appointment and help you with the process. The vets are perfect. Always focused on you and your furry friend. Treating your dog not as a wild animal but as a member of your family. I can’t speak highly enough on this team and this place. Building is a staple in brecksville been my parents went here and now i go here. I thank the dedicated team and Vets who work hard to make sure we go home with our fury friends feeling better ?”
“I highly recommend Dr. Neal Sivula & Danicing Paws. Can’t say enough positive things about our appointment. Dr. Sivula is extremely knowledgeable & caring. He listens, and knew everything about why we were there. I have been looking for an holistic vet for a long time that uses the same approach themselves . Additionally he simplified our process (we home-cook food for dogs, have used slightly cooked raw, etc.) he reduced the amount of junk supplements . he also made recommendations & gave info for processes & products that he doesn’t sell, in other wards he wasn’t trying to sell us more processes through dancing paws. I hope to never need cancer help, or major illnesses, though i now know who our first call will be to! I strongly recommend Dancing Paws & Dr Sivula!”

“So I just got my first dog from the pound and I brought him to family pet clinic for his first check up since rescuing him. everything was fine, my dog was comfortable and relaxed at the place and everyone was friendly. the tech and the vet were very courteous and patient with my dog he was well behaved also by the way LOL but after my first check up with the dog and feelings the "vibe" from the doctors and staff I feel it's going to be a great fit for me and my pooch..
