“If you're looking for auto body repairs by a knowledgable and professional staff with great customer service, Jeff's Auto Body & Collision Center is where you want to be. We traveled an hour from our home to do business there based on customer reviews and our experience exceeded what other people have said about their experience. I come from a family with generations of mechanics and auto body technicians and have never seen such a great staff of professional and courteous people from the customer service staff to the people in the garage. You'd be foolish to go anywhere else.”

“I had to buy some parts from here recently, which was pretty smooth and the staff were helpful. Some time passed and I realized I didn’t have the receipt - and I needed it (the reason I needed the parts in the first place was because a business messed up on some work they did on my car)… Anyway, I called up not knowing if they would actually be able to find that receipt or not - Austin was really helpful and went out of his way to find it, and he sent me a copy of it. So kudos to Austin and AutoZone for actually helping me out and delivering customer service.”

“Great source for truck accessories locally owned and operated. Expertise and advice offered if needed. Liked the business. They have lots of products, and I am scheduled for a gooseneck hitch installation. Then a trifold tonneau bed cover. Their service is highly recommended by me.”

“Best in the valley at quality of work, yes it’s a dealership, yes they are busy, but if they weren’t good, they wouldn’t be busy! Be patient, and be kind- they are simply humans too!”

“I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Honda Direct Line in St. Clairsville! I purchased a Honda Shadow Aero from them, and the entire sales process was quick, smooth, and completely stress-free. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. What impressed me even more was how they treated me after the sale. I later experienced a minor issue with air in the rear brake lines, and their service department took care of it quickly and had my bike back up and running without any hassle whatsoever. There were no arguments, delays, or issues concerning the warranty—they simply stood behind what they sold and made everything right. That kind of service builds lifelong customers. Honda Direct Line has earned my trust, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or service a motorcycle. This is exactly how a dealership should treat its customers. I absolutely love my Shadow Aero and will definitely be returning for any future motorcycle needs!”

“High praise for these folks! I had a non-GM fender-bender on a summer weekend while travelling out of town. Had my car dropped in their lot since I didn't know where else to go. First thing Monday morning the team assisted with recharging the battery and helping with an emergency repair that got me 300+ miles home. They graciously fit my car in despite their swamped schedule. Did I mention their repair costs were extremely reasonable also? I'm so very grateful for your assistance. Thank you all so very much.Service: Body & Trim”

“I usually dont leave reviews but after reading a few bad ones i thought I'd share my experience today. Fast and friendly service.. I made an appointment and figured I'd be stuck waiting on my tires to be changed. Showed up early and checked in. They had me in and out quickly and back on the road with my new tires..”
