Some time passed and I realized I didn’t have the receipt - and I needed it (the reason I needed the parts in the first place was because a business messed up on some work they did on my car)… Anyway, I called up not knowing if they would actually be able to find that receipt or not - Austin was really helpful and went out of his way to find it, and he sent me a copy of it. So kudos to Austin and AutoZone for actually helping me out and delivering customer service.”
