Went in because pop-up ads were out of control,tryed to resolve it myself. The young man working said everyone is in a meeting. He took my phone in the back room "meeting, I heard guys cracking up. Then the guy comes out and tells me alot of people are having this problem and I need to go to bestbuy geek squad. Don't know what is going on with this store.

I called at 5:55 not knowing they close at 6. Guy answered took my number to look up if I had an upgrade. He hung up and they never answered when I called back. Maybe tell you employees to either not answer that close to closing or simply tell me or other people that they are closed or closing. Not the first time someone at the Salem store acted unprofessional. One time I ask the guy a couple times to explain something to me and he told me "I'm only going to explain it you one more time". I will not be disrespected by your employees ever again. It's not all of them because some are nice and do a great job.

I went there to get a simple problem fixed with my phone because my SIM card wasn’t working. I tried to fix it myself at home, but it was something that ended up having to be done at the store. When I went in there was only one person working and he did have a few customers there, but not once did he acknowledge anyone else who was waiting when we walked in or let us know how long it was going to be. His customer service was terrible & he was the manager. I ended up leaving after standing there for 30 minutes or so without a word from him whatsoever. Went to a different AT&T store and as soon as I walked in I was greeted, got help with what I needed, and was on my way in 10 minutes.

Husband went here to have them replace his screen protector, they talked him into paying 60 bucks for it by saying that it had a lifetime warranty with the phone of course. And when he went in to have it replaced, they said they can't that we have to go through the manufacturer. We'll that's not what you told us when he bought the darn thing! Also, they make you wait forever while they all sit and talk in the back when they know your in there.

Morgan was wonderful with all of my family’s needs and definitely went above and beyond to help us. She made switching carriers effortless and, although she had to do a lot of hand holding, helped everyone get exactly what they wanted. The deals were amazing and we couldn’t beat the price. Highly recommend the Salem AT&T store! I will definitely be sending friends!

I went to the Salem AT&T to add my daughter's phone to my account today and the rep, Alex, made the transition easy and flawless!! I am beyond happy with how well he handled everything! Alex was very pleasant, kind and professional to us. I highly recommend the Salem store! Thank you, Alex!!!!

I have to say Morgan was fantastic!!!Had a horrible experience at the Tiffany store location and decided to try the Salem store. So glad I did, Morgan is keeping me as a AT&T customer!!Thank you Morgan, you are amazing and greatly appreciate you of your help!!Salem will be my new go to store as long as Morgan is there!!
