This is a nice Best Buy. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into this Best Buy looking for laptops for college, and they plenty of laptops form brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, and Asus. They also had two Samsung laptops, four Microsoft laptops, and a few MacBooks. I found some great deals, but the bast majority of the laptops here didn’t have the NVIDIA graphics card I needed. However, there were a lot of 2-in-1 laptops, which have touchscreens that fold 180 degrees and can switch between portrait and landscape modes like a tablet. After looking at laptops I used the bathroom, which was clean and had a hand dryer. I gave this Best Buy five stars because it has a nice selection of laptops with some good deals, including several 2-in-1 laptops. If you’re looking for a laptop that doesn’t require NVIDIA graphics cards, this is a great place to shop.

Unfortunately, I waited a bit longer than I expected. One rep in the tv department was trying to service three customers. Later, another rep came to assist.

Absolutely terrible experience. I've been going to this best buy my entire life, never had any problems. This past week our TV went out, so we had to buy a new one yesterday, my mom is disabled so we decided to order it online after she looked through all the ones they had and I would go out and pick it up. We found one, ordered it and was told we would receive an email when it was ready in about an hour (it was about 1pm) I decided to just leave and be there at 2 so I could get in and get out. I get there, ask one of the guys at the desk about it, he told me that my name needed to be on the order for me to pick it up, makes sense, but it never gave my mom an option. The second problem I was told that they didn't even have the TV because their warehouse lost power and they didn't get their truck. My mom called after that, and they said that they themselves would go pick it up and it would be at the store that night. Today my parents called and they were told that they had actually sold the TV right after we ordered it online. AND the warehouse lost power so another one of the TVs that we ordered wouldn't be there until Friday the first. It seemed like no one knew what they were doing and they were not communicating with each other or us at all. Super unprofessional on their part. We don't care that we can't watch TV, we do care that we paid these guys $600 and they've done nothing but lie and make false promises. I will no longer be going here and I'll be using my hard earned money somewhere else. (Not like it matters they make plenty of money) but before you buy anything online here, call multiple times to make sure they still have what you ordered.

When to go pick up a new microwave for the Kitchen and ended up finding a 75 inch TV. That was $1099. Called a highsence tv. For me, this brand of high sense.
Has the best surround sound system without needing a surrounds of system exteriorly You must try it anyways. He was very knowledgeable and I thanked him very much.???

Staff member right at the door explained exactly where to find item. Was unsure where to pay and had to wait 5-7 minutes before someone came to check us out.

I love shopping here, but today was different… in the fluorescent lit store, I was searching for a radio for my vehicle so I could have CarPlay, but fate had a different plan. Suddenly a giant shadow loomed over me, before I could have a chance to react, the ground shook beneath me. I felt like an ant beneath the shoe of the BestBuy giant, Lanky Larry. As I looked up, there stood the towering employee. His apologetic eyes met my tear filled eyes, and time stood, a moment that is forever etched in my memory. My foot really hurts.

I went to the Sandusky OH store last night as my 88 yr old needed a new TV. Having to go all the way to the back of the store wished I had his wheelchair. Did have to go find someone to help but it was near closing time. I did not catch the employees name but we were taken care of quickly and had a great buy and experience. Thank you for all your help.

Went there to look at TV's, looked around at them for 15 minutes or more, no one came to ask if I needed any help or had any questions! On my way out, there were at least 5 employees standing around up front talking and heads in their cell phones!!! Terrible!
