Small store didn't have what I needed. The call center told me they did. Walked around for a while with no service but the guy who approached us before we left was awesome.

From the second I walked in I was greeted by Carter . He then helped me get to the best geek squad gentleman to help me . Despite them not having what I needed I have to say the customer service from every employee was fantastic and I was very impressed. Great job
