I too have my tax return lost with Civista bank, working with the IRS to get information has taken over a year and a half and I still don’t have my return.

Do not use this bank for any needs at all, they lie and are cluless on digital banking are rude to customers who are trying to dispute a charge and will deny you a dispute because they lack knowledge of digital banking,as you vsn sre with other revirws stay far aeay from any branch of this bank no matter where they are.
