Had a tire failure 600 miles from home, on the way to an event at Summit Motorsports Park. A new tire was ordered with just a phone call, and I arrived the next day to pick up the new mounted tire.
I asked to use the stores floor jack to swap the spare but couldn't allow that for liability reasons. (I understand)
Appreciate the quick order of the tire and remount to get me on my way and to the event.

Blew out a tire and decided to go ahead and replace all four. I called on a Sunday morning to see if they had what I wanted. They didn’t have the tires I wanted but told me they could get it in that day. I dropped my vehicle off and they installed them quickly. When I went to pick it up I checked the tires before paying. I noticed they weren’t the tires I asked for. They made a mistake and put the wrong tires on my vehicle and didn’t have the tires I wanted in stock. They had me pay for the tires on my vehicle that were cheaper tires than I wanted and said they had to order what I wanted. After three weeks they finally came in. I dropped my vehicle off and when I picked it up they didn’t charge me the difference in the tires. Extremely pumped about that!! That’s what I call making it right. Additionally, everyone always had a great attitude that I spoke with. Will definitely get my next set of tires here!

I love Firestone and the availability and helpfulness. I recommend it to people all the time because I’ve gotten sick of Sam’s club and Costco and their availability. The only problem I have sometimes at Firestone is my car will be done and they don’t call me

Javon was great!! He squeezed us in last minute just before closing since out tire blew and we were far from home, everyone else in town turned us away, he was super quick, friendly and did a great job and gave us a discount! Highly recommend him!

My family had a flat tire in the middle of the night, and needed a tire repair as soon as possible. Tony and his crew were AMAZING and found a way to fit us into a full schedule as soon as they opened. They were professional, kind, and fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough!

Jayvon and Robyn were very knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly. They were very friendly and courteous! The staff of mechanics did a wonderful job and were very accurate with the time they told us it would take. I would recommend Sandusky Firestone Auto Care to anyone!

Had been going there for about 3 years, but recently figured out that we need to find somewhere else. Took a car in for stalling issues and to get an inspection done to see if we wanted to keep the car or look for something new. 4 days later no inspection was done and they claimed only the dealership could handle the problem. First shop we took it to told us they had been way over filling the oil and that the oil sensor was bad. Took the guy 1 day to solve the issue. Won’t even have my oil changed here again.

I had problems with my car, I was 3 hours from home, the guys working there were really nice, these guy named JAYVON was really helpfull. My car was fixed next day, but We were happy with the service.

The tire tech and service agent were willing to help us out in a bind when we arrived off the highway with a slow leak. They stayed late to replace the tire for us and ensure we were able to continue our long trip. We felt very fortunate to find a service provider who sympathized with our situation and was willing to help us in a pinch so we could safely get back on the highway.

I needed a headlight lightbulb for a 2009 Cadillac CTS. They said the bulb was $150 and labor and tax was over $350 for a total of over $500.00 for a light bulb installation.I said absolutely not put it back together. I left went to district tire on Perkins ave in Sandusky. Made an appointment for Thursday. They told me at the very most it will be $240 and will probably be cheaper because the quote was for 2 hours labor. Firestone took 40 minutes to get the bulb out and 10 to put it back together.Needless to say Firestone is outrageously over priced and I will tell people to NEVER go there for that reason. Was not my first experience like that there either, only went this time because it is walking distance to my gym and could kill two birds with one stone. Never again I'll sit and wait at district tire. They give people fair prices that's why they have stayed in business in Sandusky for over 50 years clearly.

I loved that they did their best to get my car fixed in a timely matter just to accommodate my needs. They knew I needed transportation and instead of having to wait a few days to get it fixed they fixed it the same day even though it was close to closing time. I respect that

Feel like they totally took advantage and ripped me off. I didn’t know enough about tires to know then but now I do!! Dropped my car off for alignment because it was pulling right. They called me and said upon inspection I had bad tires, needs new tires and quoted me $1200 for 4. I said no way, my cars not even worth that (it’s an 2012) and I can take it somewhere else for cheaper. They advised how bad my tires were, wires sticking out on the inside of one of the tires but said they would proceed with the alignment. I picked up car and paid $150 for an alignment. I drove off and immediately called back as my car was still pulling right bad. They went over alignment and told me they did adjust it (like 0.2). I did in fact find out they were correct how bad my tires were and got a flat the next day. Since I have educated myself since this incident, I know they should have never done an alignment with the tires in the shape they were and they should have advised that. I feel they totally ripped me off to make a buck. Now I know no one should do an alignment with tires as bad as I had.
