“Great place, clean, very modern, laminate flooring made it feel even cleaner. Great breakfast spread. The only thing that was somewhat bothersome is how loud the doors from the neighbors was. Could hear every single open and close of neighboring room doors.”

“I had difficulty checking in using the electronic kiosk but this did not matter because the manager at the front desk saw my despair and instantly took care of me. Every person on staff I had contact with during our stay was kind and professional. Extra helpful room cleaning staff when we had an inadvertent accident went the extra mile. “My partner and I recently stayed at Hotel Kilbourne for two nights in the loft during our visit to Cedar Point, and it was absolutely lovely. This boutique hotel is a gem! Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and beautifully styled. The service was excellent across the board, with a special shout-out to Gerry at the front desk, who was absolutely lovely and made us feel welcome. We will definitely be back!”
“This hotel is a 15 minute ride from Cedar Point and located in a great central area of the area. The main entrance was kept very well maintained and clean. The rooms were nice however the bathrooms could maybe use a little more attention or a little revamping. The breakfast is a nice layout and they are constantly replenishing it, there was a big baseball tournament staying there as well. Otherwise it was a nice facility.”

“This place is pretty cool! The water park isn’t as big as great wolf lodge or Kalahari, but still plenty to do for kids of multiple ages. The facility was clean and there are plenty of chairs to use.
They do have a wave pool and kids 42 inches and above can go in without an adult. There are a few waterslides. The biggest slides have a 48 inch height requirement. There is no lazy river, but there is a large hot tub. A couple attractions were closed down and the kids were disappointed about that, especially the basketball area.
They have tons of towels and there is no limit to how many you can use. They are pretty small though.
You can bring your own snacks and drinks in which is really nice! There are also places to eat inside the hotel.
They have a fitness center, but it’s difficult to find and no signs directing you to it that I could see. It opens at 6:30am.
The arcade was fun of course! They also have different activities throughout the evening that kids can participate in- bingo, dance parties, things like that.
The rooms are pretty basic. They had a decent sized fridge and a microwave. They didn’t have a coffee maker or any cups which surprised me. We had to go and specially request cups. The beds are pretty small, but fine for little kids. There were vending machines for n the 3rd floor but not the 2nd.

“It's okay for what it is, be prepared for 3 roommates you've never met who don't respect your sleep schedule. Overall opens your eyes and can lead to lifelong friends”
“Megan the Supervisor and another employee ( I apologize I cant remember her name) blond hair she said she lives Huron. was wonderful, welcoming and very helpful. Our stay was great and Im picky. Oh.....my husband enjoyed breakfast. We would stay again and refer out.”

“I stayed here off season and the one take away I have is that I had a very clean room. I got the king jacuzzi suite and it didn't disappoint. Location was great, and there's a starbucks a mile away for those interested. Check in and check out was easy.
The only gripe I have is that the man running the counter at check in wasn't really interested in being there. I was very courteous and excited, but this guy had some attitude and was just generally very unhappy. The woman was very nice though. I'd recommend staying here, but checking in is the only negative experience I had.”
