Both times went to the front desk, once to check in, once to get our room keys fixed, took several minutes to get someone to the desk. No bell. Doesn't answer phone calls. Room is decent, aside from the odd checkerboard tile flooring in the bathroom and the entryway.

It was a decent hotel. Includes breakfast. Basically scrambled eggs and sausage, waffles and cereal. Not bad to bad everything in the area is over priced cause of Cedar Point
