“Went in to transfer off a current Verizon plan by opening a new one and also closing a spectrum account. There was a lot that needed to be done. Randal was THE best to work with. He was patient, was super helpful in navigating through the process, one which would have stressed me out. When we left we had issues connecting a new phone on our own. When we went back in he helped walk us through it. Spent well over an hour with us and wouldn’t work with anyone else when we go back! Thanks for being awesome at customer service, Randal.”
“This whole past year I have had the worst runaround with buckeye.. today I was on the phone for 6 hours and 3 different representatives & ended up hanging up the phone owing what I still owed which has been DOUBLE my bill and having another $140 added to my last bill! With an appointment for fiber tomorrow?.. I don't even know how that even happened.. buttttt I had one representative reach out to me and took her time and explained everything to me like a grown adult and like she KNEW what she was talking about! She ended up saving me over $100.. her customer service skills are over the top. Buckeye is EXTREMELY lucky to have her as a retail consultant ❤️ bless your whole heart Conswala for having the patience for dealing with me and reaching out on your own to help me understand and save! ?
