“This is a nice Cricket store. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I came here to pick up a new phone to replace my broken one. The man assisting me was very nice and explained everything well. This store also has chargers, speakers, headphones, and aux cables for sale. Cricket also has a promotion going on where you can get a free HBO Max subscription with ads if you get a certain cell phone plan, which I thought was pretty cool. There are also demo phones of what Cricket sales that you can play around on. There are also employees here that speak Spanish. I gave this Cricket store five stars because I received excellent service here.”
“We went in to switch our service from Verizon. They were running a free phone when you switch from your current carrier. He was out of that specific phone and offered us several different phones in place of what we went in for. He said he should have the Motorola phones in a day or two and he would call us when they arrived. He was very helpful, didn't try to push us to get another phone. He also wrote down what he would need to expedite the number being transferred over, which is awesome as we had issues transferring the number before.”

Did have to go find someone to help but it was near closing time. I did not catch the employees name but we were taken care of quickly and had a great buy and experience. “I went into the store today to activate my new phone and the environment and customer service was absolutely amazing. I ordered my phone online and had difficulty setting my new phone up myself, so I took it to the store for help. Given was the employee taking care of me, greeting me as soon as I walked in the door, willing to help the entire time. He made me feel so welcome and helped me every step of the way. He even put on my new screen protector (flawlessly) which is hard to do, and something I'm sure he didn't "have" to do.
